I went online and found Cargill, The next day i was at the dealership looking at there used selection of trucks. When I went inside the ask about a few of the choices & I was greeted by Jeff M., Jeff was very friendly and professional and spent the better part of the day going between both locations in Putnum looking at potential choices. Finally I found a fairly priced F150 that had what i was looking for, Jeff and the team worked fast to secure financing for me. Overall good experience Only real negative was trying to get in contact with the dealership at certain during the day other wise I am very pleased and will be back! More

They gave me a great deal on my trade, and they were on target on the price. Every promise kept. When I mentioned I was planning on ordering 2015 Corvette as well, they asked me to give them a chance. I had no trade this time but again they were on target with the price. Then they kept me in the loop on the build process, and Chevy exceeded both of our expectations on delivery. Glenn made sure I was called when the transport arrived and held the driver so I could record my baby being unloaded. Even John in finance came through with an offer to beat the financing I had arranged, something I declined just to keep the process going. Both cars were delivered clean and with courtesy. I've used the free car wash service twice as well, and instead of being annoyed at having to take my truck in to be washed, both times I was taken care of promptly and with enthusiasm. Plus everyone at the dealership expressed their liking of my choices, now maybe they do this to everyone, but it felt genuine. I may not need another vehicle for many years, but if I do, and if it is a Chevrolet, Cargill will be my first choice. More
