Went in on a Saturday morning to look at a pre-owned 2019 Silverado. Met with sales manager Bob and told him why I was there, he introduced me to salesman Hayden. I had my entire family with me, and Hayden was extremely accommodating. Offered to assist in setting up the car seat in the test drive and everything. I was given the opportunity to take a relaxed, no rush test drive to get to know the car. My wife was impressed Hayden took the time to greet her and shake her hand. Even in the year 2022, as sad as it is, it is not a guarantee that a wife will get respectful treatment (we just experienced it last year at a different dealer where she was basically ignored), so she's always happy when she's actually shown respect she deserves. When we came back, we decided to go forward and discuss numbers. At no point did Hayden pressure this, he just respectfully asked what I thought and if I'd like to see numbers. Bob and Hayden valued my trade what I thought was fairly (no, you won't get carvana value, but there's a reason carvana is struggling financially. These guys have to make some money and it was valued fairly). No surprises on the numbers at all. I'm not new to the car buying came and generally there's something to haggle over but nope, nothing hidden and no games played. I accepted the deal and was told while I was waiting for finance, Hayden would have the car cleaned up so we could take same day delivery on the truck. Finance manager Jim was one of the most straight shooting F&I guys I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He laid out info, was very personable, and made sure I had all my questions answered. While not really fiscally responsible, I tend to but cars fairly often not keeping them for more than 4-5 years, so I've had my share of dealer experiences. Cargill Chevy was easily in the top 3 experiences I've ever had, possibly even the top. I'm that impressed. They don't have any of the whiz bang fancy showroom stuff of some of the bigger guys, but I felt more like a valued customer here than at any of the mega dealers I've been to. I can't speak for all experiences here on dealer rater, but I can say my experience certainly did not reflect their score. They will absolutely be at the top of my list in the future. More

Had a great buying experience in December of 2020 but a rather poor service experience today. My truck was in for it's first service a week ago and I had them quote me the cost to add a 7pin trailer conne rather poor service experience today. My truck was in for it's first service a week ago and I had them quote me the cost to add a 7pin trailer connector in the bed of th truck. The total cost quoted was $130 plus tax and I was told it would take 45 minutes. This sounded great to me as I knew the kit alone was going to cost me somewhere around $75 to $100 so I scheduled it. Well, apparently the kit they quoted was not correct. This caused a 45 minute job to take 3.5 hours while we waited for the correct part. They also replaced the connector at the bumper without asking if I wanted that done. The end result of this is the $130 job I was quoted ended up costing me $220. First, I expected that a Chevy dealer should know or be able to determine the proper Chevy accessory to quote and order. Second, I would expect to be asked if I want a part to be replaced rather than just doing it and charging me. Finally, if problems arise and a quote can't be met, I would expect to be told what the new cost will be ahead of the work being performed. Three stars is probably a bit generous based on how I am feeling right now but, I did enjoy the buying experience and the free first service was nice.....I just don't think I will be going back for ongoing service if I won't know what I will be paying until a bill is handed to me. More

They do not stand behind the cars they sell. I bought a car from them and one month later it completely died and they did nothing . Buyer beware: I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado that is 2 days old on a flat bed with 200 miles on it. Cargill has not been helpful in the least bit telling both myself and GM headquarters there’s “nothing m days old on a flat bed with 200 miles on it. Cargill has not been helpful in the least bit telling both myself and GM headquarters there’s “nothing more they can do” They initially told me they would replace the part in a few days ( a brand new truck shouldn’t need a part first of all) Then after not hearing from them I called and they said it could be weeks. They gave me a loaner that is basically a go cart on truck wheels and told me that was comparable. Which it is far from. They then told me I couldn’t return it which is not true according to the consumer rights act. If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle from them think twice, they will not stand by it. I have contacted GM and I’m also contacting the better business bureau, state attorney general and will plaster all over social media. Buy ANYWHERE but from here. More

I was hesitant about this dealership after reading reviews, but I found a car for a really good deal so I decided to judge them based on my own interactions. I wish I trusted my gut instinct. I put down the $500 deposit, to which they conveniently remembered after I already put this down that the car was listed for over $2000+ lower than what they thought it was. Don’t really understand how that’s even possible lol, but whatever. I ended up losing money because PayPal charged me $15 to send them the $500 deposit. So basically, I’m out $15 for wasting my time. 👍🏼 Two days later, they also had the audacity to text me asking if I’d like to purchase a different vehicle from them. Probably so they could try scamming me again, but I already got a GREAT deal at a different dealership. I called them and they talked to me as if I was stupid. The staff is completely unprofessional, slimy, and flat out disrespectful. I don’t know how this place is even still open but the BBB/Consumer Protection will be made aware of my experience with false advertising & changing the price on me after I already gave them my money! More
Keep I mind that this purchase was done during the Covid-19 pandemic. With that said, here is my review. Hands down the utmost worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. SEVERE lack of communication, dismal to non-existent follow through on what was promised, poor workmanship from safety inspection to cleaning and detailing. The vehicle was actually delivered with tire pressure sensors out (not low, inop), check engine codes present, 4 open recalls needed to be performed, the interior was horrible, the emergency brake locked in place when I accidentally pressed the pedal, brake lights were out, fog lights didn't work, and the exterior detailing could be done better by a 10 year old. On top of that, the registration was weeks, not days, weeks past what was promised to be done. Things I've performed with since I took ownership: Replaced the following: Blown out shocks all the way around Bad headlamp switch Third brake light bulbs Cargo light bulbs Reconnected the 2 unplugged sensors after repair Cleaned the interior from previous owner Repaired the Evap tube near the canister Cleared the computer codes Had a proper alignment performed (way off) Things that still need to be performed: Emergency brake service or repair (The factory clips were still on it when inspected) Find out why the fog lights are not working. After dealing with Andrey and getting fake promises and this bad of a delivery. I pestered him for weeks to get my registration just to END THE RELATIONSHIP. BOTTOM LINE: STEER CLEAR. More
