Thank you for sharing your feedback. Because we sell so many vehicles these type of situations do happen. Our inventory turns rapidly between our two locations. All of our vehicles have a "Reserve Now Button" refundable PayPal Deposit on our website to prevent these things from happening. In the event that a vehicle does sell or is not on our lot we of course want to offer the closest thing to it as Brian did. With over 600 vehicles in stock its hard not to find the next best thing. When we heard of what happened just like you stated, our GM reached out to apologize and tried to resolve the issue. We do agree that Brian should of been aware of the location of the Mercedes but in fact it was at the shop getting ready for another customer that bought it at that price and was delivered it to Windsor Locks CT the next day. We don't advertise vehicles we don't have nor do we get customers in the door on false promises. We are always here to help and have a great standing reputation in the industry. If you would like to further discuss what happened please give our GM a call.
