The Mazda dealership personnel have always treated me with respect, courtesy in offering beverages on days when tongues are parched, mornings requiring repairs when breakfast doughnuts are offered with c with respect, courtesy in offering beverages on days when tongues are parched, mornings requiring repairs when breakfast doughnuts are offered with coffee, honesty regarding car repairs, have been knowledgable and have described the services that my car is in need of in the near and distant future. Zenus Pridgen is outstanding! Need I say more. He is an asset to the dealership. He is courteous, accommodates my work schedule to effect repairs on my car, is always very helpful in describing what services/replacement parts/future needs may be in maintaining the proper working order of my Mazda. He has a working knowledge of the mechanism of the vehicle and completely explains any questions asked of him. Kudos to Zenus for a terrific customer experience. More

Kim is a very professional sales consultant, I was able to purchase the car wanted (model, color, trim). My daughter and I had a great experience with your new dealership in Peoria. I was really disappointed that I had to buy my coffee. My wife and I worked with Kim Yett to get out of a leased vehicle and into a new CX-5. Not only did we purchase the model we wanted (color, trim, package options, ect) we negotiated a good price for such a h vehicle and into a new CX-5. Not only did we purchase the model we wanted (color, trim, package options, ect) we negotiated a good price for such a high demand vehicle. Zero pressure what so ever. The purchase process was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and very helpfull. I'd recommend this dealership to friends/family. Ask for Kim. More
I liked the truck we bought, but after a month later spending over $1,000 dollars to fix it wasn't what we expected to happen. In fairness the dealership was under diferent managment and name. My sales advisor Zenus, with whom I've worked with for quite a few years, always does a good job. He doesn't xx, or try to upsale me on service, just tells me how it is, and my options. Last visit for example, he could have easily sold me a major part costing over $600 in materials alone, but he also presented a repair of the existing part that was much more reasonable. I purchased my Mazda here in 2004, and even though I don't live anywhere near this dealership, I have done almost all of my service here because of the service department. I have worked with other closer Mazda dealerships, and have had bad experiences. Went once for a warranty battery replacement, and received perpetual junk mail and calls from them. Never going back. The negatives: Expensive. I come here for the service and the technician's expertese, definately not for the value. I feel the service is over prices, but it is a dealership. Lately, I've been getting pressue by "salesmen" to sell off my used car to them. I was hit up in the lobby while waiting for service, and then received a cold call in the middle of the day. Both completely unacceptable. If i want to sell you my car, I will come to you. This was in the Bidoulph days mind you, so hopefully this practice is no longer prevailant now that the dealership is under new ownership. More
Working with Kim was a great expierence, he wasnt yout typical annoying and pushy salesman. I got a smoking deal on the cutest car ever and it was all due to Kim and helping me out. We went for a test drive and he told me not to really worry about numbers and they will make it work and they did!! I super happy and really appreciate all of there help :) Wonderful expierence, and it was definatly the quickest car buying ever. I was only at the dealership for about a hr and a half. I will definatly recommend Cardinale Way Mazda and Kim Yett!!! Thank you guys!! More
Our car buying experience actually started the day before at another dealership where we were bombarded by sales staff trying to twist our arms into a deal we didn't like. We decided to go to Cardinale Way i at another dealership where we were bombarded by sales staff trying to twist our arms into a deal we didn't like. We decided to go to Cardinale Way in Peoria since it was close and we had heard many great things about the other location. We showed up late Sunday to look at the new Mazda 3 and even though the dealership was supposed to close in ten minutes Carlos came out and assured us that we could take our time looking around and helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. We sat down to go over the numbers and both Carlos and Josh were no pressure and the entire process was extremely pleasant and easy. Even when we spoke with the gentleman for warranty - he was also very helpful and informative and no pressure. We would like to thank everyone for staying late and doing such an outstanding job! We will be sure to recommend everyone to your dealership! More
