I have been looking around for a car for my wife. Mazda was not even on my list of cars to look at. My wife saw a car on the lot as we drove by and asked me if we could look at it. I drove on the lot and drove up to the car she had picked out and it was the furthest car from the building. Patrick Taylor walked out and greeted us and asked if we had any questions. We were short on time so I asked a few questions and asked him to give me a call later with some prices. I liked what I saw on the lot and I also liked the price Patrick quoted later when he called. I was not up for playing games at all so I went back to the dealership to get a OTD cost so I may shop around and see what other people could give me. Johnny did just what I wanted he gave me an OTD cost and said I hope to see you again. I checked with three other dealerships and a couple of auto brokers. Peoria Mazda beat them all. I now own a new Mazda for my wife. I would like to thank Patrick and Johnny for doing what I asked and not play games. I am going to recommend this dealership to all my friends. I have been looking for a CX5 for months and couldn't find the exact car I wanted even at sticker price. Cardinale Way found the car for me and sold it to me at sticker - not a "deal" but it is if you co find the exact car I wanted even at sticker price. His customer services skills were far superior with his friendliness, attitude, helpfulness, listening skills, knowledge, and overall salesman approach to taking care of the customer. He along with Zenus (Service Department) is why I continue to do business with this dealership because they know how to take care of the customer. Kim went out of his way in with making sure every detail was covered regarding my needs and not the needs of the dealership. If anyone is in the market for purchasing a car regardless of new or used, I highly recommend Kim in your pursuit. This was our first time buying a new car and Bob made this process smooth and easy for us. We feel he is a very honest man and he fought hard to get us a good deal. Kim Yett is one of the greatest salesman I have worked with this summer. I have gone to many dealerships and even met with the same salesman and I did not like the service they provided and they didn't bo with this summer. Unlike the previous people I have met, Kim worked hard with my family to get a good deal on our car. I had called beforehand and I was put on the phone with Kim. Later I came in and Kim was the first to greet us with a big smile and a readiness to help. Kim stayed the extra hours after closing to help us get a good deal and worked hard to keep us to stay. He was honest throughout the whole time and didn't try to sneak around any lies like we had experienced at other dealerships. If you are looking to buy a car, I recommend speaking to Kim Yett and he will give you the best deal on your Mazda. I will definitely be going to him if I have any questions or planning on another purchase and have already recommended my friends to him. My experience here at Mazda was wonderful and that is why I am giving good ratings to the dealership and to Kim Yett. More

The sale was ALMOST complete and I just had to finalize it in finance. I was dealt Mark Henderson to finalize it. Starts off with the usual routine of saying congrats and yadda, yadda, yadda. Then he offers me an Extended Warranty Program.(Pause for dramatic effect!) I declined because any SMART consumer would have the knowledge NOT to purchase the Extended Warranty on a new vehicle. He tried to convince me to purchase it by lowering the monthly cost of it; I still declined it. Then he states that that is not a smart thing to do and a dumb move on my behalf. He should really pay attention to what is posted on their showroom walls: "It takes months to find the right customer, but only seconds to lose them." Other factors/people that made this purchase possible were great, just Mark Henderson in FINANCE was a total tool. More
Bob and Carlos were fine to deal with as Salespersons. Carlos seemed more knowledgeable but there was still miscommunication about the ipod integration. I showed them the pamplet where the ipod/iphone plugs in and can be controlled via steering wheel controls and they said they would include that. What they ended up giving us was an auxiliary audio cable that only gets the audio. No charging or control capability from the steering wheel. Disappointing. We had to initiate all calls regarding financing status, "we owe" item status, etc. At least 4 separate times they said they contacted us and each time had an incorrect number. Poor attention to detail. Spoke with Mark in Finance who wasn't helpful. I asked if he could check on the status of our loan 6 days after the purchase date and he said, "not at this moment" and for us to call back the following day. He did not offer to follow up with us. We were offered a "loaner" car to use while "we owe" items were installed on the new car, but the "loaner" was a smelly, dirty, used Mazda 6 that they went to fuel up but only put in a 1/4 tank of gas. My wife had to spray it down with febreze, clean the windows, fill it with gas, and remove a huge sales sticker off the front window so she could see safely to drive. Finally, when we took the car in to have the moonroof installed, we had just filled the tank with gas and it only had 258 miles. When it was handed back to us, it only had 3/4 of a tank of gas and 318 miles now on it. We had to complain in order to get the gas replaced and we have no idea how our turbocharged engine was driven, or by whom, for 60 miles. It wouldn't have been a big deal if this had all been told to us up front. There are more details of this poor experience but these are some to explain why we would not recommend CardinaleWay Mazda at this time. Carlos has seemed sincere to rectify the situation but with so many different issues that is not easily done unfortunately. More

After 2 weeks of test driving 10 different makes, texting Kim in between, and negotiating with several different dealerships, I went back to Peoria Mazda and Kim greeted me the same as the first visit. No hassle, no pressure, just answers. When he called the manager Johnny over he offered us a deal we could not refuse. More car for less money. I could have saved a lot of pain and agony if I bought from him on the first visit. I highly recommend Peoria Mazda and Kim Yett. More
