Had an appointment for 2:00 pm to service my CX-9 for the first time (4000 miles). Arrived a little early and John in service took the car in right away. This was very good time when compared with some other dealers I have delt with in the past (Cadillac and Honda). Kim helped me from the start. I told him what my situation was, and he went the extra mile for me. He was honest with my husband and I about the cars we were looking at, and did not pressure us into situation was, and he went the extra mile for me. I went in to help my little brother buy his first car. Kim showed us several cars within my brothers price range and didn't force a car on him that he couldn't afford.
