When I woke up this morning, getting a new car didn't even cross my mind. Then got a call from one of your dealers (Tom Buhl) and he said that he might have a car for me, that they just got in and it won even cross my mind. My parents and I jumped into our car and headed right over. I wasn't expecting much, cause it's an older car, but to my surprise it was in great shape. The dealership as a whole was typical to what I expect at a dealership as far as trying to negotiate fee's, warranties, etc. but I must say the vehicle was fairly priced "no haggle" and was offered what I expected to receive for my trade in. Bottom line, I'd do business there again based on my experience with Gregory. More

Going to Cardinale Way Mazda in Peoria was the first time I'd gone to a dealership in years (I'd bought privately for a while) and I had some trepidation as to the kind of "hard sell" that people often assoc I'd gone to a dealership in years (I'd bought privately for a while) and I had some trepidation as to the kind of "hard sell" that people often associate with car dealerships, especially the used car salesmen. Donny, the general manager of the dealership (I think) was the first person to talk to us and didn't pass us off to a regular salesperson but immediately helped us himself. He was friendly, open, and seemed to be honest. Obviously he wanted to make a sale, but he didn't push us, he didn't make veiled hints of "what can we do to get you in a car today" or any of that awkward stuff. He showed us some cars, talked to us about them, showed us his inventory at the other location, showed us some financing options and when we told him that we weren't ready to buy, he said no problem here's my card, let me know if you need anything. I gave him my name and number and the ONLY TIME I heard from him was when he contacted me to let me know that a certain vehicle I'd been hoping would come in trade-in, had. No repeated emails and phone calls multiple times a day, no "I want your business, when can you stop by." I really was disappointed that we ended up not choosing Mazda in general because I would have loved to buy a car from him. We held every other dealership we went to up to his standard and none of them met it (we went to 15 different dealerships) and because of that we ended up buying privately again. More
