Absolutely awesome experience! I went to have my 2008 MAZDA3 HB serviced and left with the Speed3 I've been dreaming about!! I have never worked with a friendlier, more helpful dealership group than the Cardinale group in Peoria. We worked with Kris Gentry, Donny and Joean Senatole. I really appreciated the absence of sales pressure ... they seemed more interested in my finding a vehicle that met my needs and that I liked than in just trying to sell me something. They went the extra mile in putting together a deal that worked, including a fair trade-in value. The dealership matches the quality of the car too - we purchased the Mazda MX-5 Grand Touring retractable hardtop model. We love this car - and the folks at Cardinale. Highly recommend visiting this group and finding out for yourself. More
This was the only pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. They were honest from beginning to end and they were always prompt in responding to me unlike other car dealers. They would return my calls within minutes not hours like the other dealer I was first working with. I did not have to go back and forth on the pricing like I usually have to and I didn't have to talk to numerous people, just Donny and Mary whom are wonderful! I was dealing with another dealer who had me talking to so many people I got confused and was told one thing then another by another person, I was aggravated so I called Cardinale Way and spoke to Donny and he got everything going right away while I was on the phone. I told him how I was told by the other dealer that they could deliver the car to me then told by another person that no it could not be done. Donny assured me they could deliver the car to me and we had the deal done over the phone and delivery setup for 2 days later by Mary. Mary drove to my location approximately 90 miles away in Camp Verde and had all the paperwork ready for me to just sign here in the comfort of my home. That was awesome! I didn't have to take time off from work and drive all that way and sit at a dealership waiting for the paperwork. They went above and beyond. This dealer is top notch and Mary and Donny are awesome! I highly reccomend buying a car from Cardinale Way Mazda. I got a beautiful 2012 Mazda 3 i Grand Touring and couldn't be happier! More

Zenus has been my Service Advisor for 6+ years. He knows me & my car. He always treats me well and explains all service recommendations in a language I can understand. With my last service, he went well above what was necessary and found out that a part that needed replacement was actually covered under my extended warranty, which I didn't even know! He saved me a big chunk of change ~ Thanks Z ! By the way, I spoke to the GM (Donnie) and told him that he needs to keep Zenus on their team if he wanted another 10 years of my business (there had been a lot of changes at the dealership and I was worried about the employees leaving). There are other Mazda dealers closer to my home, but I keep going to (Biddulph)Cardinale in large part because I trust Zenus, which is huge for a female with limited vehicle knowledge :0) More
My experience working with Greg was fantastic, I called the dealer to find out about the vehicle I was interested (CX5 2013) and Greg responded all my questions. I decided to go and see the vehicle, and I was able to get the vehicle I like for the price I was looking for in a short period of time (comparing to a standard delership negociation). Greg also followed up with me about some upgrades I needed to get done on my new CX5 such as the installation of racks. I appreciate Greg's honesty and professionalism. More
Zenus treats me like I am his only customer. He has been my advisor for several years and I feel very confident in his expertise and in his wonderful mechanic, Jacob. Zenus went above and beyond this past summer when I was on my way to San Diego. I was about 30 miles outside of San Diego when a light went on on my dashboard. It concerned me, thinking I was overheating or who knows? The first person I thought of calling was Zenus ( instead of AAA). So I called him and in his very calm voice told me that he was going to look up the closest Mazda dealership to me. So very quickly he looked up the dealership and gave me their phone number. I called them and I went directly to the dealership (they stayed open for me until I got there) in San Diego, they diagnosed the problem, the part was replaced and then I could relax and enjoy my vacation. Thank you Zenus and Jacob for being so professional and masters in your trade. More
