My husband and I had selected three cars that might meet our needs before going to look at them at the respective dealerships in our community. We chose to go to the Mazda dealer first. Greg Cabuslay was ou our needs before going to look at them at the respective dealerships in our community. We chose to go to the Mazda dealer first. Greg Cabuslay was our salesman. He answered all our questions and quickly had me driving the model we were interested in seeing. We liked his mellow personality immediately. He made us feel comfortable not apprehensive like one often feels when out car shopping. Greg listened carefully and respectfully to what we were saying, and he answered all our questions politely. He followed up our visit with a few friendly phone calls. My husband actually had decided to buy one of the other cars that we were considering, but in the end, it was Greg's personality that sold us the Mazda! This dealership and this salesman understand the Win-Win method of doing business. We are very pleased with our new car. More

My husband and I had originally set out to buy a Hyundai Tucson but after several of the salesman tricks pulled on us at 2 Hyundai dealers, we went to see the Mazda CX-5 which was what I had originally want Tucson but after several of the salesman tricks pulled on us at 2 Hyundai dealers, we went to see the Mazda CX-5 which was what I had originally wanted but felt I couldn't afford. We were greeted on the Mazda lot by Bob Lechniak. He seemed friendly but not the "cheesy friendly typical car salesman" friendly. I told him how angry I was at the Hyundai dealer across the street. Told him that I was interested in the CX-5 but didn't hold out much faith that I could afford it. Bob went and got his sales manager and they quickly produced the vehicle I was hoping for with a price that suited me. The SUV had everything I wanted and nothing of what I didn't want to pay for. I got the color I wanted and the process went so smoothely that I was driving my beautiful new Mazda CX-5 off the lot in less than 2 hours from my arrival. Bob was professional, courteous and very easy to do business with. We arrived on his lot just before he was ready to finish his shift. Our transaction kept him busy filling out paperwork but he was clearly not annoyed. In our chatting we discovered that their fair business practices were governed by their morals based on Christianity. How refreshing! I would recommend this dealer in a heartbeat! More

I was very pleased with Bob and his ethical way of dealing with me. I HATE buying new cars but was very pleased with my experience with him and this dealership. I did not end up buying a car from hi dealing with me. I HATE buying new cars but was very pleased with my experience with him and this dealership. I did not end up buying a car from him as they did not have the color combination I wanted (but did get it via their sister location) yet that did not deter him from treating me with respect and well. Bob was very helpful, and very patient with my wife and I when we went tp purchase our Mazda CX9. Greg was great. He showed us the showroom models of the car and when i didnt like the color took us out back to the right one. He was prepared for us the next day with a clean car for a test drive because car and when i didnt like the color took us out back to the right one. He went back to ask the managers questions for us and was back in the matter of minutes. We never had to sit alone while in there. Definitely not what you expect when going into a dealership. They were not taking out paper work until we told them we were definitely interested in buying unlike other dealerships. We were offered the best routes to get the best price and even tried to be bought over to trade in or previous car. Although we did not take the offer, they tried the best they could to reach the number we would have tried to sell it for. I would love to go through it all again because we felt confident that our deal was good and happy with everything as we walked out of there with our brand new car. We were even able to negotiate a big red ribbon to put on top. More
Bob was great. My son had limited income and was turned away quickly at other dealerships. Bob took the time to look through the dealership inventory to find him the right car at the right price. After finding out that the banks were not going to finance my son because of his age and income we left disappointed but still pleased with the customer service. The next day Bob called and said they had the perfect car and had already got an approval on the financing. We were ecstatic. My son loves his 2008 Mazda X3 with everything he wanted including a manual transmission, now he thinks he is Mario Andreti. Thanks Bob, you and Mama made his Christmas!!!! See you in March, save me a car!!! More
