This is my second Mazda 3 that I've bought from Greg in 7 months. My first experience there I left feeling very happy with my purchase and proud that I went on my own. He helped me get a great deal on my Mazda and I honestly felt shocked at how easy and painless he made it. You always hear horror stories of sales men and dealers, but here it was the complete opposite. My Mazda I bought ended up getting totaled, and I was bummed. I loved that car, so I went back to CardinaleWay and bought another one from Greg. The process went just as easy. Greg even remembered me from the first time I bought my Mazda and I thought that was really impressive. It was enjoyable buying another car from him, and if anything happens to this new car (which i pray that it doesn't, because I love it) I will go and buy a third car from Greg again. He's awesome, and anyone that wants to buy a car should go to Greg!!! More
I called the day before to make an appointment. I was told the service I needed to have done would take an hour. My appointment was at 9 am. I dropped off my car at 7:30 am. I assumed the car would be told the service I needed to have done would take an hour. My appointment was at 9 am. I dropped off my car at 7:30 am. I assumed the car would be done by 10 am. I called at 11:30 and was told it was not ready and would not be ready until 1:30 pm. I explained that the previous day I was told the appointment would only take an hour. Zenus apologized and said they would get it done as soon as possible. I received a call at 1 pm that my car was ready. The appointment took 3 hours longer than it should have. I was told that they had people call off sick that day and that they were slammed with walk-ins. To be honest, I am not sure if I will have my car serviced here again. I had an appointment so I assumed my car would be done when I was promised and I assumed my car would take precedence since I had an appointment. Clearly that was not the case. More

I have been driving sports cars my entire life. When Mazda released the RX8 I immediately was interested in owning one. The car is a dream to drive and the characteristics of the car remind me of my MG Mazda released the RX8 I immediately was interested in owning one. The car is a dream to drive and the characteristics of the car remind me of my MG Midget right down to it being a high fun high maintenance car. I have always done my own repairs on my cars mainly because I just couldn't see taking them to the dealership and trusting the techs to do the job right, and also paying inflated prices. I bought my RX8 from Biddulph Mazda which is now Cardinale Way Mazda. It was the first time I can say that I felt like I was treated fairly and honestly by a dealership. Even though the dealership has changed ownership, one constant that has remained is my service advisor Zenus Pridgen. Zenus is the reason that after six years I continue to have my car serviced and repaired at the dealership. Mazda makes a fun car and Zenus makes the car a pleasure to drive. I never worry about anything when I take the car to him to be repaired or serviced. Its not cheap to drive a high performance car but Zenus has always worked with me to keep the costs as low as possible. It's nice to know you can actually go to a dealership and know that they are honestly working in your best interests. I plan on keeping the car for at least 3 more years and I know that there will be more problems with it. I can at least look at it as not 3 more years of issues with the car, but instead 3 more years of seeing my friends at Cardinale Way Mazda. So a big thanks to Zenus and Jacob too! I have known Bob for a number of years and was so excited to find that he worked at Mazda. My son and I went in there to see about getting my car a used car, and Bob was there helping him every step of the w to find that he worked at Mazda. He knows how I am and he knew what I would and won't do and there was no pressure at all. We got him a used car and he couldn't be more happier. 1 week later I decided that I want to buy a new car and called upon Bob again. Yes I got a new 2013 Mazda 3 and " I LOVE IT". Thanks Bob for being the great car salesman and knowing how to treat customers. He is also very good at explaining things to me about my new car. I made an appointment for service on-line. When I arrived Zenus greeted me by name. He asked for the coupons I referenced in my appointment notes and gave me an estimate or the time it would take. Halfway through the expected time Zenus found me in the waiting room and gave me an update of the status of the maintenance I had requested and also advised of service I would be needing to resolve one of the issues I had mentioned. He explained everything clearly and gave me a few options to consider. When the maintenance was finished he again met me in the waiting room, gave me a status of the work completed and escorted me to the cashier. We discussed the process for making an appointment for the maintenance to resolve the issue I had discussed since I did not have time to have the work done today. Zenus is very congenial, conveys a great deal of knowledge of the Mazda cars and makes for a pleasant and productive service appointment. More

Recently, I had an oil change and tire rotation done at this dealership and as usual was very impressed by both the customer service and service received. Zenus my service consultant is very courteous and this dealership and as usual was very impressed by both the customer service and service received. Zenus my service consultant is very courteous and knowledgeable keeping me up to date on any potential issues to look out for and letting me know that they are looking forward to my next maintenance visit. I have always been satisfied with the work done on my car and highly recommend this dealership to any regular resident as well as those on a visit from out of town. More
