We had to replace a vehicle due to a "Run-in" with two Elk. After spending time at several other dealerships in the area trying to determine the make and model of car we wanted to purchase. My la with two Elk. After spending time at several other dealerships in the area trying to determine the make and model of car we wanted to purchase. My last stop was Cardinale Way Mazda. I visited there three times. The first was to check on the vehicles available, I then checked on line to determine if their prices were competitive. Once I knew they had the best prices, I went back to test drive both new and used vehicles, and finally took my wife with me to determine the final decision. I worked with Bill Lohmeyer on each occasion. He was very thorough, extremely friendly, and very patient as I drove several makes and models (both new and used) before finally choosing a new 2013 Mazda3. I would recommend both Cardinale Way Mazda and Bill Lohmeyer to anyone automobile shopping. They will treat you with kindness and respect at all times. I believe them to be an extremely honest and caring team. More

We originally went to this dealership simply because we were shopping around for a car for my son to get back and fourth to ASU economically with no real intentions on purchasing that day. He was driving h were shopping around for a car for my son to get back and fourth to ASU economically with no real intentions on purchasing that day. He was driving his 2001 Toyota 4Runner which is an awesome truck but just not getting him the kind of fuel economy he needs. So we decided to see what was out there that offered both fuel economy and style. Now I have to admit I'm a Toyota guy and was very hesitant at the fact of purchasing something outside of that name plate, but my son really liked what he had heard as well as seen coming from Mazda. So I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and boy am i glad I did. Just before visiting the Cardinale Way dealership we were across the street at the Toyota dealer checking out the 14' Toyota Corolla which I thought was an amazing vehicle for the price. However, my son wasn't totally convinced so, after some convincing from my son we decided to pay the Cardinale Way dealer a visit and we are so glad we did there we met the most amazing sales person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting Daisha Doolittle. She truly made me and my son feel as if we had been long time friends and truly took care of every question & concern we had (which was mostly mine concerns lol). Her energy and enthusiasm for not only her job but also the product she was selling I feel sold the car more so than the car itself and now that says something to me! this girl is definitely the most personable down to earth type of person I believe this industry needs. We ended up purchasing the 2014 Mazda 3 from her and so far very happy. If you go here you must request Daisha she will make a usually boring, time consuming and sometimes frustrating experience and make it an enjoyable one. More

I dreaded shopping for a new (to me) car, expecting the usual, high-pressure grind. That didn't happen here. Bob was great and helped me get the deal I wanted on the car I wanted, and the vehicle price was usual, high-pressure grind. That didn't happen here. Bob was great and helped me get the deal I wanted on the car I wanted, and the vehicle price was in line with my research. Can't ask for more than that. I was approached by Bob when I began looking at vehicles. I knew next to nothing about Mazdas and he was extremely helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the Mazdas. I had equity in the '13 Ford F150 I wa I knew next to nothing about Mazdas and he was extremely helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the Mazdas. I had equity in the '13 Ford F150 I was driving; but after 10,000 miles was tired of filling up the 38 gallon fuel tank, even though the vehicle was averaging 19 town & 23-25 on straight roads, unheard of mileage for a P/U. But I also had to 'climb' uphill to get inside the STX 4X4 at my advanced age -- and I HATED the Insync system, which in the six months I owned it, never once followed my voice command and dialed a right number. I was on my way to Ford to trade the P/U. The '14 Mazda had caught my eye in a magazine ad and when I began to go past this dealership, I saw it in person and never made it to Ford. I surveyed internet sources for trade-in values and the best out-the-door price for a Mazda 6i Touring. Everyone at Cardinaleway was friendly and polite, including the owner who happened to be in town and got involved in getting me a good trade-in value! First time that has ever happened in 60 years of buying vehicles. Tim worked diligently at getting me the best finance rate available at my current credit score. I went home with a '14 6i Touring and plan to live happily ever after. I highly recommend this dealership and the Mazda. I always thought of Mazda as a quirkly little vehicle that had an engine that somehow went around in circles. After just two days of driving, I know better. Good value for the cost of the vehicle and great service is what you can expect from Bob and the dealership. My thanks go to them for their assistance in helping me get into this beautiful vehicle. This was by far the best staff I have ever seen. The past month I have been in many dealerships, and not one was as friendly as Mazda in Peoria. The reason why I'm giving this rating is because of the wonder month I have been in many dealerships, and not one was as friendly as Mazda in Peoria. The reason why I'm giving this rating is because of the wonderful staff that assisted me this entire week. I was looking for a specific car, and they respected that choice and were not pushy at all (as usual car salesmen are). They contacted me when needed, and didn't call me to bug me. My first day walking on the lot, Omar had approached me. I told him I wasn't looking to buy and he respected that. Usual salesmen wouldn't let you walk off the lot without a car. He kept me posted on cars that he thought would fit my profile. I would call him to ask many questions and he was always happy to assist me. I was so pleased with this expierence that my mom went and bought a brand new car from them! She had Eddie, Eric, and Mike help her and she was so pleased and walked out with a brand new car. It's been a few days since I bought my car and im still keeping in contact with the staff for any other questions I have. I am very comfortable with this staff, and I know they won't cut me short. Although, the first day I did come in, when Omar was helping me, he got his manager to help me with some numbers. I believe his name was John. This guy sat down and tried to figure out numbers to trade and sell my car for and get a brand new one that was obviously to good to be true. I wasn't buying it. John was not personal manager at all, just trying to get my money. He attempted to get me into a brand new car that day, when I specfically told him I didn't want to buy just yet, only look. He was very pushy, and I told Omar I did NOT want to work with that guy. When I go into a dealership I want to work with people who aren't just trying to get my money. I was very lucky to have had these guys, especially Omar to help me buy a car. I will continue to go to this dealership and have my car serviced at this location. Thanks so much Omar, Eddie, Eric, and Mike! More
