My husband and I were shopping to purchase a dependable used vehicle. We arrived at the Cardinale Way Mazda dealership in Peoria on a Sunday evening, after spending the day at other dealerships around the used vehicle. We arrived at the Cardinale Way Mazda dealership in Peoria on a Sunday evening, after spending the day at other dealerships around the Phoenix area. Upon arriving at the lot, Bob approached us with a friendly handshake and asked what we were interested in looking at. Without wait, he showed us a couple very clean vehicles, shared factual information, and allowed us to test drive just as the lot was scheduled to close. Bob showed us the dealership's website, what was available, and limited his search to our preferences. He invited us back after work the next day. That evening, my husband and I made the decision to go back and make a purchase at this lot, simply based on our pleasant experience with Bob. When we arrived the second day, Bob shared information on a newer model SUV with less mileage and allowed us to test drive it. My husband and I both enjoyed this vehicle. Bob worked with the financing manager to get an extended warranty and interest rate to an affordable monthly payment. When we asked asked if a trade in was possible, he did not hesitate to take a look and negotiated more trade in value than we planned. Overall, Bob was very helpful, friendly, funny, and made the car shopping experience much easier than we had planned for. We expected to be at the dealership for several hours, but it took much less time than that. We have already decided that we will visit this dealership again when we are ready to trade in and upgrade our other vehicle. Thanks for all your help, Bob! More
My experience at this dealership was very pleasant. Not at all the bullying experience you usually receive when you shop for a new car. Everyone was friendly and fun. They listened to and responded posit at all the bullying experience you usually receive when you shop for a new car. Everyone was friendly and fun. They listened to and responded positively to my imput regarding my new car deal. I have received follow up calls checking to see how my experience with my new care is going. The only thing that could have may my experience there better would have been to have a glass of wine and some cheese as we signed paperwork. It was great! More

I received more for my trade-in than I thought I would get and I told him where I wanted my monthly payment to be and they got me that within $5.00! Very impressive! More
Before buying the vehicle, I only had 19 hours of behind the wheel instruction. It was very obvious every time I test-drove a car at any dealership. And when sales people would figure that out, they would t the wheel instruction. It was very obvious every time I test-drove a car at any dealership. And when sales people would figure that out, they would think they could milk me as for all my worth. They were wrong coz numbers are my thing since I am an Engineer (and a pretty good one at that). I did my research on price and models once I had made up my mind on what to buy. I narrowed it down to 3 models: 1. Honda Accord (2008 and up), Ford Fusion (2010 and Up) and Volkswagen Passat (2008 and Up). Of all 3, Honda Accord was the one I was really serious about. It was because all my friends suggested as a new driver, I could use its reliability. Ford Fusion is there because almost any mechanic can fix it without any trouble. But it was the passat that I really really wanted. But any German Vehicle is a pain to maintain. After a series of visits to different dealerships, I came across a Honda Accord 2010 (75K miles) priced for 12K at Cardinaleway Mazda. I inquired about it and Daisha reached out to me. She was very nice and informative. I gave them a quote of 11K (all inclusive). Daisha took my quote and she, her manager eric and I had a series of bartering; I stayed firm in my price. In the end, Eric called personally and apologized for not being able to do business at that price. Frankly, I knew I had put in a very aggressive price on an already aggressively priced vehicle and I also knew there was no other better deal. After another round of search, I called Daisha and we agreed on 13K out of door price. The deal was almost done and Daisha suggested that I put in a deposit to hold the vehicle. My exact words were "If it gets sold, it gets sold". The next day, the Honda got sold. When I learned about it, I was very disappointed. I saw another vehicle VW Passat 2012 (35K miles), priced for 13.5 K (not out of door). I mentioned my interest to Daisha but was not too serious. Daisha worked with her manager and came back to me with an offer of 14K out of door. What was more amazing was that their finance manager, Mark Exposito, went out of his way to get me an APR of 2.9 percent. I did a bit of thinking and realized, I was getting a 2 years newer vehicle, 35K less miles, the car that I really wanted for 1K more. I agreed on the deal and in half a day, Omer came and picked me up from my workplace at Tempe and we went all the way to peoria to make the deal. I also asked them if they could drive the car back to tempe since I wasnt comfortable driving it 40 miles on the highway. Daisha and Omer readily agreed. The paperwork was very smooth and the Passat is performing very well so far. Along with the vehicle, I purchased GAP and 24000 miles warranty for another 3500. Two weeks into my purchase, one of the passenger door lock malfunctioned. I called the dealer and Daisha came all the way to Tempe with a new Mazda 3. She got back a week later with my Passat fully fixed. What I really appreciated about the dealer was their honesty and openness. As an engineer, I dont get to xx in my work. Either my data is good or bad and therefore, I appreciate the same from other people. When I lost the Honda, I was also very close to making a deal with Santan Volkswagen. Their salesperson told me that Cardinale "lied" to me about the 2.9 % APR. I have come across dealers, who do put a low price on their vehicle but try to mess with the APR. So far I am happy with my purchase. Since I bought a warranty from them, this deal is not yet over. I hope that Daisha and the rest of the crew will stay equally enthusiastic throughout the warranty period/mileage. More

Daisha was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated being in an environment where the sales representative wasn't pushy. It was a day and night difference compared to another dealer we had visited.
