I didn't have to get mad or threaten to leave, as I have many times in my past car buying experiences. This is my 32nd automobile since I was 16 years old, and the buying experience was one of the best. My last one was with Bob Lechniak in 2012 buying a CX-5 and it was also a good positive experience. All in all I have been treated extremely well at both Bidolph and Cardinale Way, by all employees that I have come into contact with, and it is always a great pleasure to work with Zenus Pridgen when I need service. I do definitely tell others about Cardinale Way. More

Because I'm the family member of a retired Ford factory worker, my car buying experience has always been a pleasurable one, as I am able to get special pricing and seamless service. My daughter fell in love with the Mazda 3 and I was apprehensive to have to go to a dealership other than Ford and play the game everyone dreads. I was pleasantly surprised after meeting Bob Lechniak, who set me up with Salesman Omer Aqiel. Both Bob and Omer couldn't have been nicer or more respectful. They treated me as if I was already a part of the Mazda family. Bob was extremely fair in his pricing and didn't play any games from the start. I can't say enough positive things about Omer. He is truly a kind, humble, and respectful gentleman. I was in and out of their dealership in two hours with a new Mazda 3 for my daughter. If every car dealership were filled with guys like Bob Lechniak and Omer Aqiel, the entire industry would have a much better reputation as a whole. Thanks to both of them for an incredible car buying experience!!! I will tell and already have told several people that if they want a Mazda, go to Cardinale Way Mazda! More

Best car buying experience ever After 4 days of horrendous, sleazy experiences with 4 other dealerships, I came all the way across town because of Cardinale's good reviews. Though they didn't have the Mada 3 model I wanted, they made such a good deal on a newer model - one which I thought would never be in my budget - that I couldn't refuse. Unlike all the other dealerships, they didn't play games with the price, they didn't make me sit and stew for hours, and there were no surprises or add-ons. Plus, their extended warranty package was less expensive than anywhere else. These guys are the real deal! The owners used to work for the "bad guys," so they are passionate about creating an honest, fair, and enjoyable experience for car buyers. And they did just that! More

Excellent Attention During Memorial Day Weekend Sale I was really amazed at the high level of personal attention I received at every level of the purchasing process at the dealership on Saturday of the b I was really amazed at the high level of personal attention I received at every level of the purchasing process at the dealership on Saturday of the busy Memorial Day weekend (2014). An online query that morning resulted in a prompt return call from Frank Stevens, sales manager. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted by Daisha Doolittle, who found Frank for me, and she was designated as my sales person. Other staff reviewed my trade-in vehicle while Daisha let me test drive the car I was interested in. Daisha found answers to my list of questions, and negotiations were polite and low-key without any real pressure. Robert Whallon in Finance was knowledgeable and professional and the trade-in/purchase paperwork was completed quickly. I don't think I spent more than 4 hours at the dealership. Buyers, remember to have your title with you if trading in, and check your insurance card to be sure it is current to help the process go as smoothly as possible. Thanks to Daisha for getting me over the insurance card hurdle. Kudos to the Cardinale Way Mazda sales team for providing professional, pleasant, outstanding attention during the busiest sales weekend of the year, 5 out of 5 stars given! More
