First let me say, its not hard to give a good experience when you're selling a vehicle. Doing something that makes you money isn't that difficult. It's the service you get after the sale that speaks to the caliber of professionalism and service a dealership offers. Our experience was poor to say the least! We purchased a CX-9 for what we thought was a good price. We were then told about the thousands of dollars of "Add-ons" we had to purchase in order to buy the car. The manager also advised us that apparently the vehicle had been "priced wrong" and that they were happy to honor the incorrect price (as if they legally had a choice) but that if we didn't want the "add-ons" we could move on. We decided to purchase anyway as it was still a decent price, however with certain conditions agreed upon by management. Not one condition we had agreed was meant without a fight. First the supposed "Add-ons" hadn't actually been installed, The car hadn't been detailed, the full tank of gas we were promised was less than a quarter tank and the squeaky brakes that were supposed to be addressed, were still squeaking up a storm. I could literally write a book on all the issues we had following this ordeal, the incredibly poor service, poor communication, etc. But will leave it at this. After all the promises were finally kept, the brakes were still squeaking. Two more trips to their service dept and the brakes were still squeaking. The general manager Jeremy has since stopped taking our calls, doesn't return our texts and has apparently written us off. I guess if your service dept can't fix squeaky brakes after 3 attempts, its f#xx off time! We will never again purchase a vehicle from CardinaleWay Mazda, which is too bad, because my wife and I have already become bored with the CX-9 and are looking for our next vehicle. More
My experience with the dealership and all the staff was more than I expected. They were professional knowledgeable, and definitely kind. Their contact with me did not end when the sale was over. I was looking at different dealerships/ Brands of cars since I was planning to get a new car within a year . I had not purchased a new car in many years . I knew nothing about Mazda but wanted to see al since I was planning to get a new car within a year . I had not purchased a new car in many years . I knew nothing about Mazda but wanted to see all the SUVs on the market . Brandon Nezo was my sales guy . I called and had an appt. , When I showed up he took me to see the used cars along with the new ones . I checked out everything on the lot , I asked a lot of questions one multiple vehicles. I was between 2 models that I liked so we started talking numbers . I left to get lunch and when I returned in an hour , they had numbers on both models . When I agreed to the CX 5 numbers and went to sign the paperwork it was all done in a timely matter . I really felt like I was being listened to in order to stay inside my budget. I am glad I stopped in to look at cars that day ! More
