I needed to get a part for my Mazda. I didn't know exactly what I should get or if there was other hardware involved. The Parts rep recommended I talk to Steve and see if they could take a quick look exactly what I should get or if there was other hardware involved. His team came back with the exact parts I needed to get with the pricing too. He didn't push me to do it immediately. That was nice as I wanted to talk with my wife first. Very professional and helpful. I will go back to Steve to have him work on my Mazda. More

I am new to the East Valley and needed the 30K mile service on my husband's Mazda6. I am equal distances from Berge and CardinaleWay so either one would have been convenient for me, but I wanted to go service on my husband's Mazda6. So, I did a search online and found this website and was impressed by all of the great reviews that Nick Santarsiero in the service department received. I decided to give it a shot, knowing that you can't always trust all the reviews you read. Well, for this guy you can! From the minute I walked in I was impressed by his attitude and enthusiasm to please his customers. He kept me updated every step of the way, even the little things, like the nut that fell out of the spoiler and was rolling around in the hatchback door. Prices were competitive with other dealerships and he was up front about everything. I will definitely be using this service department from now on. More
