Since you closed your Scottsdale office we now drive over 30 miles so we can have Nick service us. He has always had a positive, friendly & helpful manner when dealing with us or our car problems. He located a rear hatch door pull for me today but it wasn't his fault that the local GMC dealer couldn't get it to us in time before I had to leave having completed my oil change & car wash in record time. He did tell me what to ask for & it's cost so I can locate it at my local dealer. We even chatted about our kids & also about the snakes he raises--hadn't known about that before. He has definitely built a relationship with us that will probably go on as long as my Rendezvous holds out--hopefully another 5 yrs--or until I buy another Cardinale product. More

I brought our van in for repairs and Nick was able to accommodate me at the last minute. I don't have any transportation home but Nick was able to get the repairs pushed through so I didn't have to wait accommodate me at the last minute.
