Price & Options are great...Customer Service not so much I was referred to CardinaleWay through the USAA car buying service. I had an idea of what I was looking for and the salesperson Corrie Wright helped i I was referred to CardinaleWay through the USAA car buying service. I had an idea of what I was looking for and the salesperson Corrie Wright helped in assisting me in finding a vehicle. The sales manager gave me a fair deal and I thought it would be a quick process as I already had a loan approved with USAA had a price agreed upon and a down payment. My husband and I waited for over an hour for the finance guy to finally meet with us. I felt that was a long time considering I had all of the loan paperwork already processed through USAA. Then when they brought out my 2018 Mazda 3 Grand Touring Corrie let me know that the detailer went home sick and she was wiping it down with a spray and cloth. I understand that things happen however when I purchase a brand new fully loaded vehicle I expect to receive it in a clean and shiny condition. At that time Corrie's manager Manny came out and said to call him and he would set up a time to have the car fully detailed. I was happy with this compromise and took my car home. The next day I decided I would like to purchase wheel locks and have the car detailed. I called Manny at the dealership and left a voicemail. After not hearing back from him after 2 hours. I then called Corrie and she stated that the car was clean when I received it and that I could just pop in for a quick wash. I was not happy with this as it was not clean and a detailing is what I was promised. After not hearing back from Manny after 5 hours my Husband called back to the dealership and spoke to Manny he said he would set up a time and call my husband back. At the end of the day my husband has not heard back from Manny so he stopped by the dealership on his way home from work and was able to arrange for the detailing and wheel locks for me with the service manager. Manny did eventually email my Husband back. He never returned my voicemail and has only emailed me to ask for me to write a "good review" I have received no less than 5 emails from both he and Corrie asking for a review. I was told several times during the sales process that CardinaleWay's philosophy was that the sale really only began after the purchase of a vehicle. That they believed in customer service first. Based on my experience it seems CardinaleWay only cares about the customer during the sale. More

Best of all, I had driven my boyfriend's car all the way out to Mesa, from central Phoenix and they were so kind and drove my new amazing car out to my house immediately after leaving the dealership. In our most recent purchase Austin Owens assisted us in selecting the right vehicle and also applied no pressure and was very friendly as well. Excellent customer service PROS I’ve been. Looking for a truck for a week. I’ve gone to almost every dealership. I’ve seen the fly by night guys. Other big dealers and dealt with all I’ve been. Some were sloppy food all over their shirts. Some couldn’t remember my name and kept calling me Miss. one guy lit up a cigarette and said I made him nervous! These guys are professional. My salesman Wayne was no pressure and listened to my needs. His sales manager Brian tried hard and was able to get financing that I told him would be impossible. These are good guys. They will work for you. They are honest. I was looking for a truck not a Mazda. So don’t let a name fool you. It is worth a stop and investigate. Do your homework. More

I urge you to check out other car manufacturers - to compare. So, if a person likes a Mazda vehicle, the issue is ---- who to purchase a Mazda from? In the past, I had horrible experiences purchasing vehicles from other Mazda dealerships. I found that they will often match other dealership offers; however, at the end they charge you for unnecessary add-ons and extraneous fees. Thus, you pay more. In the past, I didn't know I was ripped-off, because I was tired when I closed the deal. Now, I am prepared to walk out of a dealerships because of a inflated final price that was not exposed (this is common). CardinaleWay does NOT do this; the price they quote is what you pay and their quotes have always beaten other Mazda dealerships. They want your return business and referral. So, I travel over 30 miles across Phoenix to visit CardinaleWay in Mesa when I want to purchase a Mazda. I worked with Wayne DeLeo (highly recommend him) at this dealership. My Mazda CX-5-touring is a great vehicle and my experience at CardinaleWay Mazda was superb! More
