I have never dealt with a Mazda dealership in the past, but have dealt with many other dealerships, and it is often not a very good experience, and one i absolutely dread from past experiences. Matt Shelton was the nicest person i have ever met at a car dealership. He was very patient with me and my indecisive ways (ha ha) He took me on multiple test drives, and not once was he pushy with me on trying to make a sale. That is something i really appreciate, and something that does not happen very often on a car lot. At the end of the day, i purchased the car i wanted, and had such an awesome experience with Mazda. Thank you Matt for the outstanding service you provided me. You are awesome! If i could give you 10 stars and buy you lunch, i would! I love my new car and the service i received from you. More

Rodney reached out and told me that he would do everything he could to get us into this car. He did NOT disappoint! We also told him that we were in a time sensitive situation and he did everything he could to push the process along and did more for us than we could have imagined!!! More

Stand up Dealership I purchased a used 2014 Cadillac ATS, After getting it home it would not start, I notified Brian the used car manager, Brian sent a tow truck to pick I purchased a used 2014 Cadillac ATS, After getting it home it would not start, I notified Brian the used car manager, Brian sent a tow truck to pick up the car, when the truck arrived I refused to let the truck tow the car because of the tipe of truck it was, I informed Brian of this and told that I was takeing it to a Cadillac dealer to have the repairs made, Brian contacted the dealership and took care of all the charges, I cant say enough about my experience with the staff with Cardinalway Mazda. It was my dream car, they gave me everything I wanted and more, got me a great deal with financing, and I've recommended the dealer ever since! I worked with Steve and Donny. I've since recommended the dealership to many friends and family. When I took the car in for it's first service appointment, the guys I dealt with remembered me by name and were super friendly. A year later I've got troubles with my left knee, making it INCREDIBLY difficult for me to drive my dream car, a stick shift. So I went in over the weekend to see what options I might have to trade out of it, even though I hated to let that car go, and once again, Donny hooked me up! Josiah was a great help as well, I feel bad for keeping him so late on a Saturday night to deliver my new car, but since I had so many other places I needed to be during the day, including my son's prom pictures, they were incredibly understanding as well as accommodating. And when I went to sign my paperwork, there was Steve, my salesman from last year, now doing my financing. And he remembered me, too! This is a GREAT dealership, everyone is amazing, and they make you feel right at home. I have always hated the car buying process, but these guys have made it a walk in the park! More
