Matt delivered nothing short of the best experience I could ask for as a first-time buyer and made the process quick, painless, and overall an enjoyable experience, which is not what I expected from a dealership experience. Matt was incredibly informative about all of the features of the car I decided to purchase, and went the extra mile to even help me setup my bluetooth and show me the ropes of all of the new features before I drove away and he offered many times that I could reach out or stop by if I had extra questions. Matt made a hard decision easier to make for being a sincere and friendly man to work with. Prior to my visit, I spoke with CJ Johnson who reached out to me on the phone, and he was very pleasant and informative about the Mazda 3 car model I was interested in, and was helpful in letting me know when Matt would be working next. He was very sincere and not pushy which is great. Lastly, Chris Menkin was awesome to work out the numbers with - he keeps the energy positive and light instead of stressful, and worked to get a deal I think is fair. Overall, I had a perfect experience and I am incredibly happy with my new 2018 Mazda 3 and the price I got it for. I absolutely recommend this dealership. More

Chris Johnson, their sales manager, did an awesome job explaining the advantages of leasing versus purchasing a vehicle and was very upfront with all the costs involved. Jason Lunday, our sales person, did a great job showing us the safety features and explaining all of the technical involved with setting up connections to the vehicle through our cell phones as well as understanding how to use the electronics within the New CX-5 we leased. I would most definitely recommend Cardinal Way Mazda to anyone out there who is looking for an awesome experience purchasing or leasing a vehicle!!! 10 Thumbs up for this awesome sales team! Makes Car Buying Comfortable My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had with Darlene and the entire crew at CardinaleWay. Purchasing a car has never been so My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had with Darlene and the entire crew at CardinaleWay. Purchasing a car has never been something we have looked forward to and that’s a shame because it should be exciting and stress free. Customer service is unfortunately not a priority for many businesses but thankfully Cardinaleway does not fall in line with that statistic. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and not with that “I’m being friendly because I want you to buy a car today” feeling but rather, something more authentic as if they truly understand there are many options to purchase a car and they really value you for stopping in. I had spoke with Darlene on the phone and we made an appointment to discuss what options were available for the following day. Darlene’s communication was fantastic and she was extremely friendly upon meeting with us. The entire process from start to finish was extremely easy and actually ENJOYABLE!! My wife and I never felt pressured or that we were being taken advantage of but rather provided a number of options, pros and cons and allowed time that was comfortable for us to make the right decision. The only thing I regret is not finding this dealership and Darlene sooner and I truly mean that. If you’re looking for a new car, stop here FIRST and speak with Darlene. You can always go to one of the other hundred dealerships in the valley but I highly doubt you’ll want to. I don’t know much about cars but I do know about service. Picking a Mazda was easy, they are fantastic vehicles but finding a dealership that truly does appreciate their customers is rare but we found that with Cardinaleway. They earned a life-long customer and for that, we are greatful. Thank you Darlene, for finely making the car buying experiencing something to look forward to! More
