I always enjoy coming in to see my service advisor Jesus, and the technician, Clint. Nick is always great too. I took my car in on 8/1/18 with a check engine light problem. They were so helpful in trying to diagnose the problem. They provided me a loaner car at no charge and also determined the mass air flow sensor had an issue. Instead of recommending an expensive repair, they decided to clean the mass air flow sensor, saving me money and trouble. I got my car back on 8/2/18 and so far the car is running much better. I really appreciated the great service. I could go to another Mazda dealer which is much closer to my home, but I know it is worth the extra drive and effort to see the people at Cardinale Way Mazda for all my servicing needs. I will always come back. Thank you again Cardinale Way Mazda of Mesa!! More

Impeccable sales and service departments I owned a used Mazda which I loved until its age caught up with it. The relationship with this dealership doesn't end once you buy the car. Jason was so pleasant to deal with, including follow-up visits where he was very patient with me. The service department is amazing; providing the best loaner cars and giving options for services where there are complete fixes or cheaper alternatives.
