Jesus was very friendly and communicative when trying to book our service appointment. We were able to send him a video of what was wrong with the car, and he was able to order the part so that we only had book our service appointment. A truly exceptional servicing experience. While waiting around the dealership for our Mazda to be serviced, I had a great experience with Jimmy.
