I visited a few dealerships while looking for a car, and CardinaleWay Mazda was the most comfortable one to work with. My main frustration was not being able to find the car I wanted at the trim level I had in mind, though this understandably occured during the chip shortage. Lorelai was our primary contact, and she was wonderful to work with! I definitely appreciated the line of communication she kept open after our first visit. She always responded promptly to any emails or texts I sent. If I ever had a question that she didn't have an answer to, she made sure to consult her manager and always got back to me with the right information. This made me feel pretty secure knowing that she prizes the quality of her work more than her pride. I would love to work with her again, and will be referring her to any of my friends who are in the market for a Mazda. More
