We just bought a used 2007 Volvo C60 from this dealership. We started buying and trading cars and have done around 40 car deals in our life and we are under 40. We had a great experience! We are in the same boat as many people are in, in this economy, and have some marks on our credit and they found a way to make the deal work even with a low down payment and negative equity on our trade. Everyone there was great to work with .... I have to say I apologize for not including the name of the finance manager, I don't know the spelling of his name and would rather not misspell it, but we felt he was honest and easy to deal with. Daniel was great and instead of playing the regular car sale game they brought out paper work showing us just where the numbers were and their GM even explained some things I didn't know about the finance side of things I didn't know. I believe we got a fair deal, I don't expect them not to make money, that's the purpose of being in business, but I don't feel like I could have made a better deal somewhere else or that they made a killing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team of people we worked with. Far less stressful than some of the hige pressure dealerships in the valley (that start with the letter E) Seriously, I don't write reviews about much, in fact this is my second online review, I guess I would have to be pretty pleased or really angry and in this case we are very pleased. I had a great experience picking up my used mazda 3s hatchback. I had a great experience at Cardinale Way Mazda. I have never owned or even rode in a Mazda before I had made my way out to the dealership. Also, they didnt have the color of car that I wanted but I didnt have to worry because they drove 40 miles just to get me the right color. When I first arrived at Cardinale Way Mazda, I was very aprehensive about purchasing a car. I had had poor experiences in the past. However, I was greeted right away by Matt. He did everything possible to get me the car that I wanted. It took some time to get the financing part of the deal but during the entire time, I was made to feel very comfortable by Matt and Al. Al was helping with the transaction as well and I feel that they did everything they could to make this experience pleasant. They even brought a car to my work the next day for me to look as because I was unsure which one I wanted. That was over and above my expectations!!! I ended up purchasing one of the vehicles that I test drove the first day and am so very happy w/ my purchase. I would highly reccommend Cardinale Way Mazda to anyone and everyone! THE SALESMEN THERE ACT SO CHILDISH. WHEN MY WIFE AND I PULLED UP WE WERE GREETED BUY A YOUNG MAN NAMED GUY ILL NEVER FORGET HIS NAME ITS SO EASY.
