The process went very smoothly and I did not feel the usual pressure that consumers experience from other dealerships. Matt has none of these typical and unfortunate trademarks that push away consumers. I had a great experience picking up my used mazda 3s hatchback. The finace managers were great with working with me to turn in my leased trailblazer and Joe my sales man finding me a car that I very muc hatchback. I had a great experience at Cardinale Way Mazda. I have never owned or even rode in a Mazda before I had made my way out to the dealership. He offered me a great deal that I couldnt pass up and made sure that any extra options were affordable to me. Also, they didnt have the color of car that I wanted but I didnt have to worry because they drove 40 miles just to get me the right color. I would definitley recommend this dealer to anyone and I would also recommend Steve:) More

Buying a car is a major financial decision and they made us feel well-informed and good about the decision. There was no dealing back and forth; they were upfront and honest about what they could do for us presenting various options we could pursue. This speaks volumes about the integrity of how this dealership is run. They were also very helpful in detailing the car exactly how we requested and showed us how to work all the features of the car. When I first arrived at Cardinale Way Mazda, I was very aprehensive about purchasing a car. I had had poor experiences in the past. However, I was greeted right away by Matt. He did everything possible to get me the car that I wanted. It took some time to get the financing part of the deal but during the entire time, I was made to feel very comfortable by Matt and Al. Al was helping with the transaction as well and I feel that they did everything they could to make this experience pleasant. They even brought a car to my work the next day for me to look as because I was unsure which one I wanted. That was over and above my expectations!!! I ended up purchasing one of the vehicles that I test drove the first day and am so very happy w/ my purchase. I would highly reccommend Cardinale Way Mazda to anyone and everyone! THE SALESMEN THERE ACT SO CHILDISH. WHEN MY WIFE AND I PULLED UP WE WERE GREETED BUY A YOUNG MAN NAMED GUY ILL NEVER FORGET HIS NAME ITS SO EASY. THEN THIS GUY NAMED PHIL JUST CUT HIM OFF AND WAS VERY RUD PULLED UP WE WERE GREETED BUY A YOUNG MAN NAMED GUY ILL NEVER FORGET HIS NAME ITS SO EASY. THEN THIS GUY NAMED PHIL JUST CUT HIM OFF AND WAS VERY RUDE. SO I JUST PRETENDED TO BE INTERSTED. BUT I WASENT CAUSE OF PHILLS REACTION. I bought a new $30k car there with 50 miles on it. I took it home and at the time it had 60 miles on it I looked at the tire and the side wall was all jacked up But I know for a fact I did not hit any thing it home and at the time it had 60 miles on it I looked at the tire and the side wall was all jacked up But I know for a fact I did not hit any thing on the 10mile trip home from the dealer. When I took the car in they wouldnt replace the tire or even help to replace the cost. It was a $320 dollar tire and for being a new car that was not fun to replace. After having that problem I want to make sure there was no other problems. So I pulled out my paper work and I noticed that I had no info on the 3year az paint thing that they offer even after my sales person told me I had it. So I called them Up and Thankfully Diego was able to work things out and get it added to my car. I also just found out that my friend that referred me to this dealer never got his $100. I had him call down to the dealer and they told him that I never mentioned his name but I made sure to tell more then one person that he had sent me and they said they would be mailing out that check. So I guess he got screwed too. As far as it goes with there service dept I would give them a A+ but that still does not make up for there sales dept. More
