Steve Stewart was very plesant and worked with us in getting us a deal that was affortable and managable to our budget. Steve is the reason we chose to come back to Cardinale Way. He is very professional with just the right sense of humor. They lost the sale. We felt the price we were given by Diego on our trade ins was just ok. I felt it could've been better considering one was practically a new car. But that said, I am very very happy with my MX5. It is so much fun to drive (even though we had constant rain the next day and were unable to enjoy the roof down)hahaha. Everyone we dealt with from Steve to Diego, to Lynn were extraordinarily friendly, the dealership was also very clean and well kept which shows me they have pride in the dealership. The only thing they should change is to give someone the key to the cashier area when it closes at 5pm so I could purchase my "ZOOMZOOM" hat. hahaha Thank you all for making a great experience. While we were there we were greeted with great business until we reached the final stage of buying this used vehicle. A manager needs to sit down with her and tell her if someone tells her no about something she is trying to sell she needs to back off and take that answer instead of pretty much calling me stupid for not wanting this product and would not take my answer, i was to the point were we were arguing because she wouldn't listen to me, if she would of done it just a little bit longer you would of lost out on this sale. I will make sure i let people i know that this place is not the place to go as long as she works there. If you want a great place that for for people to buy used/new cars then someone needs to talk to her.. The first day I went shopping for a new car I stopped by Cardinale Mazda to test drive a new CX-7. I really liked it, but still had some other vehicles I wanted to test drive. After negotiating for a while, I decided to not purchase the vehicle. I went to test drive a Honda CR-V, and although I liked it and some of the features that were different than the Mazda, I still preferred the CX-7. The next day, I called Dustin to find out if the deal he offered me the day before was still on the table and he said yes. So, I drove to Cardinale Way Mazda, filled out all of the paperwork, and drove off with my new 2010 Copper Red CX-7 that day! More

Our car buying experience was very good. We went in knowing pretty much what we wanted and the staff listened to what we wanted. I didn't make it too easy on these guys... but I feel like they will be alright. The GM came in to close the sale, andIi was still being tough. I kept asking questions and refused to go into anything blindly or quickly. The GM gave me his personal cell phone number to assure me that they're gonna follow though. If they don't I fully intend to pitch a fit and contact the GM. Naive? Maybe, but I shopped right off the invoice list out of the GM's pocket and found a car that fits me just right. AND when I was driving it home I noticed that the tinting on the two front windows doesn't match each other; the passenger window isn't tinted at all. I called Steve as soon as I got home and told him that I expect to have that taken care of. He assured me that it will be fixed. If not, GM Phil is getting a phone call and I'll be posting another review. More
We just bought a used 2007 Volvo C60 from this dealership. We started buying and trading cars and have done around 40 car deals in our life and we are under 40. We had a great experience! We are in the same boat as many people are in, in this economy, and have some marks on our credit and they found a way to make the deal work even with a low down payment and negative equity on our trade. Everyone there was great to work with .... I have to say I apologize for not including the name of the finance manager, I don't know the spelling of his name and would rather not misspell it, but we felt he was honest and easy to deal with. Daniel was great and instead of playing the regular car sale game they brought out paper work showing us just where the numbers were and their GM even explained some things I didn't know about the finance side of things I didn't know. I believe we got a fair deal, I don't expect them not to make money, that's the purpose of being in business, but I don't feel like I could have made a better deal somewhere else or that they made a killing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team of people we worked with. Far less stressful than some of the hige pressure dealerships in the valley (that start with the letter E) Seriously, I don't write reviews about much, in fact this is my second online review, I guess I would have to be pretty pleased or really angry and in this case we are very pleased. More
