Due to a scheduling error, my appointment was set for 5:00 when the last appointment time is supposed to be 4:00. Rather than trying to cancel or reschedule it, Nick stayed late and had one of his techs 5:00 when the last appointment time is supposed to be 4:00. Rather than trying to cancel or reschedule it, Nick stayed late and had one of his techs stay after as well in order to service my vehicle. I appreciate them doing this more than I can say, especially since I live about an hour away and having to come back would have been very frustrating. They chose to honor the time that was booked for me although it was an inconvenience to them. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and did not rush through servicing my car. I can't say enough about this dealership and the service staff. Thank you! More
As a first time car buyer this was very stressful, but Dustin took care of me right away. He kept updating me everyday about the paperwork process and it felt like he really cared about my situation. Wow, as you can see up until a month ago when they started encouraging there employees to give reviews on here they rated pretty bad. I have no taken my vehicle in several times for a bad turbo and ot started encouraging there employees to give reviews on here they rated pretty bad. I have no taken my vehicle in several times for a bad turbo and other things. They did some work on my car a few weeks ago. While my car was there I asked them to look at a few other things since my car still has the warranty for a few miles. They did one out of the three things I asked them to look at. I called and left a "not so nice message" since being cool about things has had no effect until I do a survey for them. "Like I stated in another review here". Eddy there service guy called me back telling me I never asked them to look at the other things that are not functioning correctly. He told me I just like to argue and pretty much telling me I'm lieing. Well he is the only service guy I was working with, how many customers does he see a day. So you tell me who remembers the conversations better. I'm sorry cardnale if my job does not let me continue to bring my car in over and over agin because you guys can't write down what I am bringing my car in for and forget these other things. I guess warranty means "take your chances." Ill just fix the issues myself. if I seem like I want to argue it is because after all this time they still can't get it right and I'm a wits end with them. And like I said look at the reviews they were getting up until two months ago. Now tell me that a dealership can fix that much in 8 weeks when they have been that poor for how long? My circumstances were unique and Phil, the General Manager, worked very hard to make sure that everything was taken care of. He went above and beyond what I know other people in his position just would not do. My purchase went smoothly and I never EVER felt pressured. I truly believe that if other business had the level of customer service as Cardinale Way, there would be alot more satisfied and happy customers. This was not my first new car purchase, but was definitely the best, and with 100% certainty know that if and when it is time to buy another car I definitely will be returning to this dealership!!
