I purchased a Mazda 3 from this dealership for my teen son. The sales process was honest and straightforward start to finish. I received the deal I wanted (researched thoroughly) without haggling. Every member of the sales team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I actually went to look at a more expensive car, but the salesman was so concerned that it was potentially dangerous for a new driver that he showed me a better alternative. No pressure or diversionary tactics were ever employed. My son and I were actually invited to a catered employee breakfast when we went to pick up the car. A week after delivery, the rear driver-side door was badly damaged by sheet metal flying off a construction vehicle while going down Route 60. The constructioon company denied responsibility when I contacted them. I brought it into the dealership and asked if they could assist with the repair. I estimate there was close to $500.00 damage in denting and scraped paint. The service advisor (Dave) took the car, reassured me it could be fixed, then had it back to me the next day. When I went to pay, Dave told me it was on the house. I've purchased many new cars over the years, but this is the first time I have been treated like family. Not only am I very pleased with the vehicle, I feel extremely fortunate to have purchased it from kind and honorable men. I will purchase there again! More

I was sceptical when they told me that they would work the best deal for me but pleasantly surprised when they came with the figures that they did. My sales persons, Donny and Chris, were fantastic. They really went to bat for me. George, the one that handled the finance paperwork, was awesome. Philip, another sales consultant made me feel very welcome. All in all I had a great experience at Cardinale. Nothing negative to report. And a bonus was the Christian music that they had playing in the background. More

My dad and I went to Cardinale Way today with no intention of buying a vehicle. We just wanted to get some information. Given our situation, which we explained to Matt & Donny, they were very understanding and patient. They printed off the numbers which made it much easier to make our decision. We couldn't pass up such a great deal! SOLD! Because it was my first time buying a vehicle, George was very efficient on informing me with the finacial part of the deal. He is a finance guru! There were a few little things that I also liked about Cardinale Way, it was very clean, I was offered water and popcorn left and right and Christian music was playing! My favorite. My experience was wonderful, I am very happy with my purchase. :) More

My wife and I purchased two new Mazda 3 i Touring Sedans from this dealership on April 10, 2010. We traded in a vehicle when the two Mazda cars were purchased. These cars were purchased as combination 18th from this dealership on April 10, 2010. We traded in a vehicle when the two Mazda cars were purchased. These cars were purchased as combination 18th birthday and high school graduation presents for our twin daughters. Our sales representative (Steve Stewart) was a delight to work with. He answered all our questions, was completely informed about all the features of the cars we were purchasing, and when we picked up the cars, he carefully went through each feature of each car with our daughters, including use of the owner's manual. He even programmed the blue tooth feature of the car to synch with our daughters' mobile phones! We received a very fair price for our trade-in, and the process of purchase was done as quickly as one would expect. There were a couple of minor paint repairs to be performed to each of the cars we purchased, and the entire staff was extremely helpful in assuring that not only were the repairs done promptly, but they also had those repairs completed by an excellent paint shop that we had personally recommended! This dealership is customer focused and very highly recommended. More

The servicing of my vehicle and customer service have been very good. However, when I got my car serviced, I was told I needed a $280 15,000 mile service, whereas, Mazda's recommended service at 15,000 been very good. However, when I got my car serviced, I was told I needed a $280 15,000 mile service, whereas, Mazda's recommended service at 15,000 is just an oil change and tire rotation. I had to ask for only the factory recommended service. I would recommend this dealership based on the customer service, but as always buyer beware. More
