My wife and I even completely disagreed on the type and color of interior that we wanted. Matt solved our problem immediately by finding a great compromise. When it came time to get down to the business of numbers and finance, George stepped in and was fantastic. He was very personable and did a great job. The process of coming to an agreement on price, trade value and down payment was not overly difficult the staff was honest and straight forward and took the time to sit with me and come to an agreement which I appreciated there was no back and forth. The process seemed organized Dennis completed the paper work and showed the vehicle, Al worked the numbers and made the deal happen and George was the final person to sign all documentation. The salesman (D Bennett) is great and this is actually the second Mazda that we've bought from him. The person drawing up the financial papers (can't remember his name, but his office is on the left when the second Mazda that we've bought from him. When I went back to add gap insurance because I accidentally forgot to add it, the gentleman that sits in the righthand side office was very nice and professional. Maybe the first guy was having a bad day, but it was unnecessary to take it out on us. Overall the experience was great, but along with the great experience with D Bennett and the beautiful car, we'll always remember that crazy old man that got upset about us refusing the extended warranty...
