They gave us fair value on our trade-in and worked the numbers to get a deal we were happy with. Finnancing was quick and painless. Everything again was explained to us so we understood what we were signing. The car was detailed and had a full tank of gas when we walked out the door. We were given a quick tour of the dealership so we knew where to bring it for servicing. The entire experience from start to finish was awesome. Cardinale Way Mazda is how buying a new car should be. Decarus ("D") was the salesperson that helped my mother and I decide on and purchase a car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various cars, their prices, and how that would breakdown for us as a mon and I decide on and purchase a car. We made three visits to Cardinale Way Mazda because we wanted to be sure that we were doing the best thing for our situation. Chris and Donny were patient with us and made every effort to accommodate our wanted to be sure that we were doing the best thing for our situation. More specifically, we had a CX-9 that we were upside down in and no longer wanted the higher rate and longer term (purchased from a different dealership in a different state). They understood our needs, and took us in the direction that WE wanted to go, and not the one they wanted. That is what a car buying experience should be like. We told them what we wanted, and how we wanted it, and they made it happen without belittling our knowledge, or beating us into submission with a verbal onslaught of hyperbole and persuasion. They also bettered Toyota's offer for the CX-9 by 4k.... quite a big difference for us. Mama Jo was efficient and very kind to us as we finalized the details of the financing. I would absolutely recommend that you ask for CHRIS MANKIN because he's honest, friendly, and willing to do what it takes for the customer. More
