We had an issue involving services that were not specifically listed in our contract but were agreed upon at the time of purchase and paid for. The GM did meet with us 2 days after the problem was reported and we were able to resolve the conflict. I was very upset regarding the whole incident but the dealership has come through and worked to resolve it. Love the car, am happier with the dealership than I was two days ago and will consider going back to them for maintenance of the new vehicle. On a side note everyone in the sales and service department are friendly and courteous, never been asked so many times how my day was going in a 10 minute period. More

I have an MX5 and cosigned on a Mazda 3. My Brother, his Wife and my Niece all have Mazda 3's. All were purchased at Cardinale. The other service people Nick and Dave also are great to work with and trustworthy. You can not always expect that from a dealership. I was afraid that this purchase would have been a stressful experience, but it surprisingly turned out to be a comfortable time with the salesmen. I was pleasantly met by Philip Gardin when I stopped in to test drive my first new Mazda. It was a CX-9. The dealership was clean and modern. Everyone was friendly and knowledgable about their products. I made several visits before buying and each was consistent. Phil Gardin did an excellent job with the CX-9 demo. He allowed me to get comfortable with the car as I put it through several of my own road tests. His vast dealership experience and great customer handling made it easy to make this purchase. He even picked me up after dropping my old car off several miles away in order to get me back to my newly purchased Mazda. I negotiated the deal with Donnie Mortier. He was entertaining and knowledgable throughout the whole process. There were no surprises and I never felt belittled or intimidated like some other dealerships try and do. We were both able to come to a professional agreement on my purchase price. The paperwork was handled by the very efficient Mr. Mark Stull. Mark, stayed late into the evening to quickly help complete the paperwork requirements. He also was pleasant and very professional. I was most impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. The next day Mark also helped fax some documents to my credit union. Never complained or seemed put out. Not once. I think it's worth mentioning all three of these men stayed well after closing time in order to help me close the deal. It was my desire to present my wife with her new car that evening and they helped me achieve that. I would defenitely recommend this dealership and will return before my next purchase. More
