I just completed my first car-buying experience. The sales team at this dealership was very patient with me, and worked with me to find the right car at the right price. They were even so kind as to let me borrow the car for one day to try it out. I met most everyone in the dealership, including the maintenance crew, and they were all so nice. I was afraid that this purchase would have been a stressful experience, but it surprisingly turned out to be a comfortable time with the salesmen. I was extremely pleased with my purchase, and the vehicle looked fantastic before I drove it home. I would recommend to others that they check out this dealership. They will not be disappointed. More

I was pleasantly met by Philip Gardin when I stopped in to test drive my first new Mazda. It was a CX-9. The dealership was clean and modern. Everyone was friendly and knowledgable about their products. I made several visits before buying and each was consistent. Phil Gardin did an excellent job with the CX-9 demo. He allowed me to get comfortable with the car as I put it through several of my own road tests. His vast dealership experience and great customer handling made it easy to make this purchase. He even picked me up after dropping my old car off several miles away in order to get me back to my newly purchased Mazda. I negotiated the deal with Donnie Mortier. He was entertaining and knowledgable throughout the whole process. There were no surprises and I never felt belittled or intimidated like some other dealerships try and do. We were both able to come to a professional agreement on my purchase price. The paperwork was handled by the very efficient Mr. Mark Stull. Mark, stayed late into the evening to quickly help complete the paperwork requirements. He also was pleasant and very professional. I was most impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. The next day Mark also helped fax some documents to my credit union. Never complained or seemed put out. Not once. I think it's worth mentioning all three of these men stayed well after closing time in order to help me close the deal. It was my desire to present my wife with her new car that evening and they helped me achieve that. I would defenitely recommend this dealership and will return before my next purchase. More

I took my 2002 Mazda 626 in because the a/c was blowing hot air. Turned out that I needed a new condensor. The staff was very warm and gracious and got the repair done quickly. This was two months ago. hot air. Turned out that I needed a new condensor. The staff was very warm and gracious and got the repair done quickly. This was two months ago. Then, last week, the car started blowing hot air again. I took it back over to Cardinale and Dave, the service rep I had worked with before, was there again. On first listen, he told me that he thought it was the compressor. A few hours later, Dave called and said that the condensor that they had replaced was shot again. The guys at Cardinale put a new one in for free (free part/free labor). They weren't sure that they were going to get reimbursed from the parts dealer (they said it might have been taken out by a lucky pebble), but they were going to do right by me no matter what. All told, I highly recommend this dealer. More

Once it came time to numbers, Phil assisted in the sale, and worked with us perfectly to get a vehicle that met our needs, and met our budget. He was a pleasure to work with. Mama helped with our financing, and we really completed the overall terrific experience for us. She was everything you would expect from someone with the nickname "mama", sweet and friendly! This experience far exceeded what we would have ever expected buying a car. I highly recommend them! If you want a great sales person, call Matt and make an appointment! Then know that throughout the buying process you will be taken care of completely. More
