I am very unhappy with the finance department. They took my down payment twice which caused by account to overdraw. I had to make a trip there to prove it was done twice and he said I could get a check, but when I got there (after having to leave work early) the signer wasn't there. He didn't try to call me or even retrieve my messages. Absolutely horrendous how it was handled. They could have atleast offered a free oil change, or car wash, but nothing was done. Al Lanz contacted me afterward and expressed concern about my experience. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to reach out to me. The sales staff was great. We were contacted by Chris who was inquiring if we were interested in 'trading up' from our 2008 Mx5 to a 2011 Mx5 to provide them with inventory for other customers. Brian spent a great deal of time putting together numerous options for us. Within a short time, we had come to a win-win agreement and drove out with a FANTASTIC 2011 Grand Touring Mx5. It was honest and forthright and they work hard to ensure that we were satisfied with the deal. There was never a time when we felt like they were trying to take advantage of us to satisfy their objective. We were in control of the decision the entire time and could have walked away at any point. We would HIGHLY recommend them to our friends and family. We have never experienced this type of respect and service from any dealership. We will continue to bring our business to Cardinale Way Mazda. More
Daniel was a very accommodating sales person. I never felt pressured to buy or even look at any car that I was not interested in. More often than not, you find a sales person that is pushy and eager to g felt pressured to buy or even look at any car that I was not interested in. More often than not, you find a sales person that is pushy and eager to get you to drive away in a car that day. This is not the case with Daniel and his team. I had worked with them for 5 weeks making sure that the car that I was interested in was the right car for me and it was at a price that I could afford. I am very grateful to everyone who assisted me in purchasing a new car and I have recommended that my friends and coworkers go check out Cardinale way if they are interested in getting a new car. Best experience ever at a dealership! From the time I stepped out of my car to the final sale, I felt like they were truly there to help me find the right vehicle for me. They were not concerned about the bottomline, but were concerned that we were selecting the right vehicle for us. There was no high pressure on buying the car. They seem to care more about quality of relationships with people than quantity of cars sold. I've been to many dealers in the past, and this is the first dealership where I felt like they were there to help me and after the sale where I felt good about the sale. They were professional and very kind to my wife and I. I've never been in an office where Christian values were talked about. Cardinale Mazda will be the only place I buy cars in the future. Phil Gardin was so friendly and was truly genuine. Phil Kerr was awesome and just told me like it is without any fluff. "Mama" had the bubbly personality that anyone would like. Words really cannot express how great an experience my wife and I had. We got a great car (Mazda CX9) and received even greater service. More
We had an issue involving services that were not specifically listed in our contract but were agreed upon at the time of purchase and paid for. The GM did meet with us 2 days after the problem was reported and we were able to resolve the conflict. I was very upset regarding the whole incident but the dealership has come through and worked to resolve it. Love the car, am happier with the dealership than I was two days ago and will consider going back to them for maintenance of the new vehicle. On a side note everyone in the sales and service department are friendly and courteous, never been asked so many times how my day was going in a 10 minute period. More

I have an MX5 and cosigned on a Mazda 3. My Brother, his Wife and my Niece all have Mazda 3's. All were purchased at Cardinale. They are only serviced there as well, if we could by gas at Cardinale, we woul Wife and my Niece all have Mazda 3's. All were purchased at Cardinale. The other service people Nick and Dave also are great to work with and trustworthy. You can not always expect that from a dealership. Cardinale hire and retains the right people in their service department and they offer fair pricing and guaranteed workmanship. More
