Appointment was on-time, work was completed as requested, tech found the problem and fixed it correctly. Although the multi-point inspection was not supposed to cost me anything and I had a 24.95 coupon for tech found the problem and fixed it correctly. Although the multi-point inspection was not supposed to cost me anything and I had a 24.95 coupon for oil change, I was still charged a sizeable fee for shop supplies which was a bit disappointing. Dealer does great work, but they could be a bit kinder on the cost. More
Cardinale Way Mazda Service Department is a pleasure to do business with! I can always get a convenient appointment, they accept my vehicle on time and begin work immediately-(There is NO wasted time with do business with! The work is done quickly and the car is washed before it is returned to me. I have never experienced a problem with the work performed. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and polite. My last car buying experience was terrible, so I tried out Cardinale, and had a very quick, positive and great experience. I was trading in a 2007 Mazda 3, for a 2011 Mazda 3. Besides the fact that the car is amazing, the entire experience was as well. I got the payments, price and service that I was looking for. Chris the salesman was not pushy or rude in any way. I even got to work directly with Donny the service manager. Donny worked very adamantly to make sure I was happy and had a good experience. Mark my finance man was great as well, even got a call the next day with a lower rate! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More
The dealership is so great! The service dept. is always friendly and helpful...waiting room area has a huge screen TV, free popcorn....what more could one ask? My wife and I had been searching for a new vehicle for a few weeks, and she stopped in to browse at the inventory. She found 2 models that she liked, and asked me to go take a look the next day since she w few weeks, and she stopped in to browse at the inventory. She found 2 models that she liked, and asked me to go take a look the next day since she was being distracted by our kids. Wayne had helped her out, so I asked for him and he showed me the 2 vehicles. I drove one, and decided I didn't like the other, and got some base numbers from Wayne. Brian was very helpful in the negotiation process, and it did not take long to come to an agreement on the terms. Mark helped me through finance process, and was very thorough in his explanation of this part of the process. Overall, my experience at CardinaleWay Mazda was very positive, and I would recommend them to others I know who might be looking for a new vehicle. More

I honestly wasn’t even planning on buying a car this soon, especially that day. I knew that I was in need of a new car, but didn’t think that I would be able to get decent financing or affordable paymen soon, especially that day. I knew that I was in need of a new car, but didn’t think that I would be able to get decent financing or affordable payments. Thanks to my sales person (and already having a Mazda), I was sold on the car and price; and with the extraordinary persistence of Joean “MaMa” and Donnie, they really made it happen. I never anticipated that I would get a phone call telling me that it was a done deal, and to come into the office. Not only was it a done deal; it was a deal that really works for me and that keeps me with in my budget which was a must. I’ve already sang their praises to co-workers, friends and family members. I honestly walked away with more than I expected or even asked for. I love them! I’m so grateful. More
