He took his time to tell me about each car I was interested in to make sure that the Mazda 3 I purchased was exactly what I wanted too, and I am loving everything about it! We had nice conversations between waits and what I thought would take forever was done quickly and professionally. I grabbed plenty of business cards and will definitely be telling everyone about them. Came in for a 5000 mile service. Talked to Nick about how my car gets sprinkled on by the grass sprinklers. I am most impressed with the idea that your salespeople get paid by volume and not by price. That made a huge difference in my experience this time compared to other times I've purchased cars. Chris was friendly and is very knowledgeable about the product. I talked with another salesman at another dealer about a car with a 5 star safety rating. I never knew what that meant until after talking with Chris. Buying a car from Chris made me feel like I was buying a car from my best friend. He was never swayed by the bombardment of my questions and requests. Chris knew I liked the car, but understood when I was serious about sleeping on it before making a decision, then the shock, he let me take it home for the night. That was a deal maker for me. I fell in love with the car, showed it off to my family, and then had to go back the next day and return or buy it. Of course I bought it. Sealing the deal with your finance guy, Mark was also a terrific experience. That part of buying a car is usually so dry and boring, but not with Mark. He also taught me things about cars and finance that I didn't know. Overall, I am very please with the experience. I will look forward to the next several years of driving and bringing it in for service because I also purchased the service contract. What a concept! I will tell everyone about your dealership. A few months ago I started looking for a new car my first stop was at Cardinale Mazda I was very interested in the Speed3 but was not even close to making a decision. I was very impressed with the attention to detail he pocessed and true salesmanship. He was ready with answers to my questions and took his time showing me the car. I left that day knowing that the speed3 was going to be high on my list. Over the next couple of months I shopped around and test drove many cars in the same class as the MS3. Every dealership I dealt with lacked the open friendly honest feeling I experienced at cardinale Mazda. After 3 months of shopping I knew I wanted MS3 and I knew that I only wanted to deal with Phil Gardin. Wait heres the kicker! I pull in no appointment no heads up and Phil not only remembers who I am, what car I'm interested in, what I do for a living, what my husband does for a living even. That showed me he was paying attention and really listening to me. And the customer service didnt stop there. The sales manager really worked with me until I felt I got a far value on my trade in and the finance department put my mind at ease while working to get me a loan at a rate I felt comfortable with. I didnt catch her true name but everyone just called her "Mama" and she was awesome! So if you're in the market for a great car at an honest price and hold your breath people....good old fashion customer service Phil and the team at cardinal mazda are the people to see. More

I just had my 10k mile service and he made sure that the standard work was done but he also had my car washed and vacuumed which I really appreciated as I had been ill and it really needed it! Nick also made sure that my next appointment was pre-scheduled and advised me I would receive a reminder phone call. Now that is great service! More
I first stopped at Cardinale Way for directions to a different dealership. After explaining to him why I was going somewhere else, Chris invited me in to take a look at the inventory as he was sure they different dealership. I walked out with a car that suited me perfect! The price was reasonable based on my credit and I couldn't be happier with the experience I had. Never did I think buying a car could be so FUN! I owned this miata for 2.5 weeks and discovered a seatbelt hard to withdraw. I took it in and Nick the Service manager had it looked at and replaced it at no charge, not only did they do this but seatbelt hard to withdraw.
