Lovely experience I visited the dealer after I saw an add on Facebook that showed a really nice Toyota Tacoma, contacted Silvia who informed me of the requirements to a I visited the dealer after I saw an add on Facebook that showed a really nice Toyota Tacoma, contacted Silvia who informed me of the requirements to apply for a loan. I gave her my information over the phone for her to check if I qualify for a loan. Within the hour she said yes. And encourage me to go and drive that Tacoma. She was exited about it, so that was contagious. I went and drove it and left to work. Came back the following day and it was sold, earlier that morning. She had me drive 4 other posible options, I falled in love with a Ford F150, while there was another Tacoma cheaper than the Ford, we went inside to check numbers. Carlos, the manager was very helpful and pacient with me and helped me the most, so I can have peace of mine, he offered gap insurance, 100k miles coverage for repairs, registration for the first year, $1000 down payment and another $1000 in a month Wichita was helpful. Silvia and him teamed up perfectly as she was listening to my needs and worked at making it happen. She was very caring and respectful. I am thankful for the experience and enjoying my new car that was my dream now being full fill thanks to this amazing people. Namaste. More
