BKHill, we appreciate your review and we want to be transparent with you. We do not turn down our customers who request a car wash at our store. With that said, we are not only CardinaleWay Mazda LV but we are also CadinaleWay Acura LV, right next door and that is the only car wash on our properties. We sympathize that you expect a car wash - we would not disagree based on the level of customer service we pride ourselves on upholding, and having spent your earned dollars with us, we truly understand. However, having 2 dealerships with, many times, full service shops can back up the wash if we gave every customer a car wash at both stores, and this has at times resulted in a longer periods of time for you and our customers to wait. With that said, you are free to request a car wash and we will wash your car for you when you do. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
