Comfortability I was in the dealership to have my car serviced when I stumbled upon Joe Delgado who I told while I was there why I was there. He introduced me to Lourdes or Lulu who deals with leases and explained to me about the new 2018 CX-5"s. I loved them but still had 1 yr left on my lease PLUS had cosmetic issues which was going to come out of my pocket. To make a long story short she and Joe convinced me to buy it and got me out from under the issues with the other car with absolutely no pressure and very understanding in dealing with my own decision issues.
