Beginning with an online inquiry for a 2018 CX-5, I came in for a test drive, needed a break from the car buying experience, and then Scott was there for me during New Year's week when I took home a beautiful, red 2019 CX-5. He helped find the right vehicle with extremely low miles, all the features I needed, and it was brand new and sparkling clean. I couldn't have asked for more. Plus, every time I came into the dealership, Scott made sure I had my favorite coffee waiting for me. This was first class service from beginning to end. Even the finance process with Hop, the Finance Director, was efficient and Scott had the documents set-up to take as little time as possible. Do not focus in the customer’s request I sent an email yesterday asking for a price to install Apple car on my 2016 MAZDA CX-5 GT AWD, because in the previous days i received an email from I sent an email yesterday asking for a price to install Apple car on my 2016 MAZDA CX-5 GT AWD, because in the previous days i received an email from MAZDA USA saying I am elegible and the price would be $199 + labor. That email didn’t say an evarage cost and I asked to the services team for that. This seller instead to send me the info, contacted me with a list of new cars. I don’t want a new car, I just want the average cost. RECOMMENDATION: Focus on the customer, answer the customer’s question first and after that, try to sell the new car. More
