Purchased a vehicle on a Friday, contacted Christian on Monday and told him my wife was not too happy with the vehicle. He got back to me on Tuesday and said that I would be able to trade the vehicle in o Monday and told him my wife was not too happy with the vehicle. He got back to me on Tuesday and said that I would be able to trade the vehicle in once I got the title. I would have been willing to exchange it for something bigger and pay the difference but was not even given that option. I thought there would be some kind of grace period, especially for paying in cash, but I guess not at this dealership. The car was not also not blowing cold A/C so I am already bringing it in for my first service in less than a week. Very disappointing. Too small of a car with a weak A/C. More

Everyone at the dealership was more than accommodating and very nice. I’ve had bad experiences at different dealers where the sales person lacked patience or was rude when I had questions.
