I had a very pleasant experience buying a car from this dealership. Everyone was very professional and very helpful in picking out the right car for me. I would highly recommend buying a car from Israel. dealership. Everyone was very professional and very helpful in picking out the right car for me. I would highly recommend buying a car from Israel. Service Dept is best I’ve ever seen. Everything is as it should be - from the greeting, to the advisors, to the waiting area to the video presentations from the tech’s. I normally go to this location for oil changes and tire rotations. I have been going for 4 years now. At first the oil changes were $80 and then they started giving me free oil changes for my surveys for s rotations. I have been going for 4 years now. At first the oil changes were $80 and then they started giving me free oil changes for my surveys for stating they did a good job etc. I have been continuously doing these and have been getting this service for free for about 3.5 years now. I went in the other day for my normal maintenance and it was a new service worker that I have never seen. I am always a little hesitant when it’s a new worker who doesn’t know me or my situation. Regardless I was giving this man the opportunity to try. So fast forward to when it is time to pay. I looked at the receipt and was shocked when I saw $100.49 on the bill. I wasn’t really able to talk with the service tech because he walked away from the pay counter so I told the receptionist that my oil changes are normally free for the surveys I complete. She said that she would speak with Demetrius about the bill. He was kind enough to take $50 off but this was still over what I normally pay. In order to not cause an argument I simply paid the $50. I referred back to a receipt that I had from May. My last oils change and it was only $39 and some change. I’m not sure if the free oil changes are no longer provided for these surveys but it would be nice to know for future, because $100 for an oil change is very steep. My next sense of confusion is that on my last receipt I received a report of what all was needing to be changed and it was called the progress report I believe. That was no where to be found and that visually helps me know what I need for my car. As I left the building I went into my car and turned on the AC and it started making a very loud noise. Obviously I’m not a mechanic so I go back inside and asked Demetrius that it was making noises. When he came outside he took my glove box off and the cabin air filter off and noticed a wad of napkins. These napkins had been in my gloves box, but when the cabin air filter was put back the tech did not ensure that no napkins got stuck into that filter. Luckily I was still there so I was able to get that help but still I don’t feel as if that should have happened. In addition to that, my windshield whispers have been acting funny on the left side and nothing was said about that nor recommended for that service. I feel as if they were more focused on selling me the services that were more money vs the realistic items. I am not sure if I will be coming back because in todays times that price for that service is just a little too steep. More
Shane was the man. He was able to get us in and out within a couple hours of closing and personally helped detail the new ride. He was able to get us in and out within a couple hours of closing and personally helped detail the new ride. More
