Ive used this Service dept in the past for regular scheduled maintenance and oil changes. Previously it took an hour for an appt so I thought I knew what to expect. I scheduled an appointment for an o scheduled maintenance and oil changes. Previously it took an hour for an appt so I thought I knew what to expect. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 11:30am. I asked how long it would take and was told an hour to hour and half, so I hung around to wait. I asked him if they could remove the sticker that was placed on the windshield from my last service appt. because it wasn’t coming off. I had a UV protectant film/tinting and was afraid, but figured with some product it would come off. 2!!! hours later I was informed that they tore the tinting and needed to repair it. I was immediately worried because my husband had the work done and I had no idea what kind of tinting or how they were going to fix it. I tried to explain that it wasn’t normal tint, it had some special UV protection… He gave me a sarcastic response that “it’s tint” and didn’t offer to get any more info. He was completely dry, no apologies, talked to his boss and said they wouldn’t charge me, but was going to take another hour or more for his tint guy to repair. I was offered a Lyft but didn’t want to drive 20min home if it was only going to be an hour, so I had the Lyft driver take me to the nearest Starbucks. As soon as I got there, I got a text saying “fyi it’ll be about 3 hours”. I texted back asking if there was a number my husband could call the service dept with no reply. At this point my day has now been taken up over an oil change. I had to get my husband to get me, return to the dealership to get more info on the tinting so he’d be happy with the results. Once the car was ready I was given a text, and then I requested another Lyft. No response. I had to call the service dept and he wouldn’t even pick up the phone. The lady I talked to put me on hold and had to tell him I needed a Lyft and he would arrange it. At pickup he was dry again, offered no apology, was told to go around the corner and get my invoice and keys. NOT ONCE did I get an apology, from anyone. I was also suppose to receive some sort of report or video about the original service and any recommendations the mechanic saw. Nothing. I recommend customer service training for interaction and communication. I won’t be returning. More

I was referred by a coworker and Mazda Cardinaleway welcomed me. I was assisted by Israel and Josh. They took care of me. Josh answered all my questions with cars until I closed the deal.
