I have had 6 Mazdas and service and dependability are among the many reasons I keep coming back. I also found the old zoom zoom commercials were indeed true, fun to drive! About 2 weeks ago I stopped int among the many reasons I keep coming back. I also found the old zoom zoom commercials were indeed true, fun to drive! About 2 weeks ago I stopped into a well known tire store to get my tires filled, because my compressor broke. They told me that one of my tires couldn’t be filled and that they were too worn to repair. Basically they were trying to sell me 4 new tires. At that point I thanked them and decided to take my car to the Mazda dealership the next day. At the dealership the mechanic tried to find the leak for an hour and found nothing. They told me I had plenty of miles left on the tires. The tire store must have seen an old man as I’m 72 years old and thought they could sell me tires I didn’t need. But little did they know I had Cardinale Mazda on my side!! More

I asked twice for the battery to be bolted down in my car and when I left it still wasn't done. Nick argued with me about whether or not the alternator should be tested (I asked for it to be tested, he said and when I left it still wasn't done. Nick assured me the service (oil change and inspection) would be done by 2pm as I had another appointment to go to and I arrived at 11:30. I had to ask multiple times what the status was when it was getting close to 2pm. Nick said that he was waiting on me to decline or accept the suggested services. I had no idea I had to use my phone to decline or accept. Nick did not explain the services suggested by the mechanic. I finally left at 2:20pm and the battery has not been bolted down. Overall, it was a frustrating experience to have my oil changed at this dealership. I don't plan on returning. More

My experience at the dealership was wonderful! I was greeted by every employee with Promptness, Professionalism, and Kindness. My vehicle was well tended to.
