I came here for my first oil change from purchasing a certified used Toyota Camry Hybrid in August. From the first day I bought this vehicle, I was told/saw about my first maintenance to be free. Now w certified used Toyota Camry Hybrid in August. From the first day I bought this vehicle, I was told/saw about my first maintenance to be free. Now whenever someone tells you something free, you will NEVER forget that. So I pulled up to the service center, gentleman greeted me very well got me setup and to be called by service advisor. So Matt was my service advisor and so get me all prepped and then he said ok it'll be $89.00 something. I'm like what? My first one should be free. So I was like let me grab my Salesperson Christian. I walked over to Christian and asked him and he too confirmed yes your first service is free. So we both walked over to Matt and told him and Matt was like only new Mazda vehicles will get the complementary maintenance and CERTAINLY NOT A TOYOTA. I heard that and looked at my Salesperson and was like wow. I guess if you buy a non Mazda vehicle these people will treat you like a stepchild. I was humiliated and embarrassed to feel that I didn't not belong there. I was searching through my emails to see where I got the impression about the first free maintenance service. Matt told Christian that all he needs is someone to sign off on it and Christian just looked at me and agreed with Matt about my car doesn't apply to the complimentary maintenance service. I was stuck, I needed an oil change and just said agreed for Mazda to do the oil change. I honestly thought this place felt like home until they labeled me as a non Mazda owner. I cried to be sitting there with these Mazda owners and there's my Toyota being treated like a stepchild. I will not come back here and buy their vehicles ever again. Just last time I was looking at purchasing their new 2024 SUV but I'm pulling away from these people. More
They help us got the car without any problem- They were all very accomodating and very, very nice and straight forward and explained to us very clearly about the car loan.
