What's most important to me is a friendly and honest discussion in the buying process. They are doing some renovations at the moment, but I'm glad I stopped by. Most of my time was spent with Oscar, and appreciateed his thoughtful questions. Curtis was also helpful, and I have to admit, this was by far the best experience with finance I have had. These people are charlatans. They are under new ownership and have fired all of their previous employees. I leased a vehicle in Nov 2020 and cannot find a single person to hold accountable for the things tha and have fired all of their previous employees. I brought my car in for a promised detail and they ran it through the car wash without even cleaning the windows or wiping the interior. No one answers the phones and they have automated messages with no call backs. They are sickening More
This dealership really tries hard to cheat you and xxxx you off. We’ve been customers for years. Their turnover is high. Sometimes we find a good person in sales or service and then next time their gone an you off. We’ve been customers for years. Their turnover is high. Sometimes we find a good person in sales or service and then next time their gone and suddenly the trouble starts - asking too much for something other dealers charge less or failing to communicate about our warranty repairs. Their sales manager is a jerk who tried to overcharge us by $3k on a lease buyout and treated us very rude. We used to like their service Dept but now those people have changed and we can’t get any communication from them. This is a sinking ship- with their poor customer service, they won’t last long. More

Now there is new ownership and the sales adviser caused my daughter to cry and leave without honoring the service contract stating, "OUR NEW OWNERS WONT HONOR IT". We were prepared tp turn in a lease in two weeks to purchase the Palisade, BUT NEVER FROM THIS PLACE! Unethical, poor experience and the serv. rep Arnold Torres should be fired! He would not look up the contract, my daughter stated that it wasn't her duty to bring in the original contract and then he went on to blame the sales dept for not putting it in the system after she was able to have a copy sent to her phone. He blamed everyone else, but himself INCLUDING THE OWNERS !! Which he stated would not honor the contract with GLENDORA HYUNDAI. Do yourself a favor, avoid these headaches, Please search yelp, google and review ALLl the other peoples reviews and complaints and I'm confident you wont want to be upset getting a simple oil change. This just cost them a loyal Hyundai customer and potentially Hyundai Corp. as we will now be considering other options. More

They were slimy and pretended to be friendly and helpful, but only wanted to take up my time to wear me down and sit down with their finance department. All of this to get something printed out. Then they lost my car registration after I asked if they could beat my bank's financing quote. I have to go to the DMV to get another copy. Gladys (Finance Director) and Bobby (Finance) - held up my own contracts hostage David - slimy sales mgr who held me up and lied about what was needed to buy out my lease Peter - asked me for my keys, didn't explain why, after I asked he said it was to get my registration. After I got home, I noticed it's not in my car anymore. I called Hyundai and he said he will look and call me back. But it's expiring anyway, so do I even need it? Yes, I do, to purchase my car. He was wasting my time by jumping between me and another customer at another table. I complained to the Sales Mgr David that I needed things to move more quickly, not as an in-between of another potential sale. That did nothing, and I was still stuck with Peter and his other potential sale. Meanwhile, I saw at least three other salespersons outside meandering with nothing to do. Time is important to customers. Do not treat us like afterthoughts. Their quoted price was also $2k above what Hyundai Motor quoted me at. Service is also slimy. They recommend new tires, complete new engines, and other services unnecessarily. They don't call you when your car is ready. There is no emphasis placed on the customer experience here. This place is like a Twilight Zone experience, or like the Bad Place. Go here to be tortured with time wasted and being lied to your face. The new owners have been in place since July 2019. Before that, I had a decent enough experience here. This place is crowded with more self-serving liars than I am willing to guess, and this kind of business only operates in such a way when the ownership allows, endorses or, perhaps, encourages this kind of nefarious behavior.
