But when we came for test drive on next day a car is not ready and damaged (door frame sticker decal was peeled and windshield need to be replace ) .At first he was so nice and promised will take care within couple days,so we agreed to buy it.But after that it is totally different from what he said.It is a week now but the car is still not ready.The car delivery day is keeping changed whenever we contacted him .I would not recommend to anyone to buy any car from him More

He apologized but I understood and waited while he finished up with his customer. Once he was done he gave me the keys and let me and my wife do our thing and wasn't pushy to get a sale. He and Curtis offered us water and even got my wife a Starbucks but never pressured us to decide. Once we got inside to negotiate Curtis gave us the up front pricing. I managed to have him remove the LoJack and he didn't question it. After that I told him my price and my down payment and we ended up $20 different but since he didn't try to force the LoJack I gave in. 15 minutes later we're in the finance office with Jason and it was a blast talking with him while signing the paperwork. After I spent time with Oscar while he showed me how to charge the car and set up the phone in the car. Couldn't have asked for better service. More
