Went in to look at a Ram 1500 which was advertised as a great deal. Had a trade that I had appraised at $51k. Sales person asked what I wanted to pay per month and told me about mandatory $1800 addendum. I great deal. Had a trade that I had appraised at $51k. I said ok well what’s the payment. She goes back again and says they have to run my credit before. I’m like ok that’s not how it works. She leaves again comes back and now wants to appraise my vehicle. At this point I gave up and walked out. Sales was energetic but why would anyone pull a credit report without seeing any numbers? Weird experience. Drove to Fairfield hour later received more off the price plus $52 for trade. More

She continued to text us and we again told her to stop so about 10 min later we got slammed with phone calls and texts by dealerships outside of our county. They used our private information and retaliated against us with this criminal act. More
Bought a used truck at the dealership two months ago, the salesman who helped us failed to mention that we couldn’t even take the truck home as there was an AC issue to be fixed prior to it leaving the lot, salesman who helped us failed to mention that we couldn’t even take the truck home as there was an AC issue to be fixed prior to it leaving the lot, which is something that should’ve been mentioned prior to us buying the truck, but he literally waited until we had signed everything to tell us that news. So we put $3,500 down and then have to wait a week just to get the vehicle. Then a week later we show up to pick up the supposedly fixed vehicle and it’s dirty and all the dealerships stickers from the lot were still stuck on it, my girlfriend and I had to spend 30 minutes removing all stickers ourselves, and then we’re told by the salesman the truck was dirty because the detail team just didn’t have time to clean it before we picked it up, so after a week of having the vehicle you don’t have time to clean a vehicle and present it to your customers? Next day after picking the vehicle up we turn on the AC that was “Fixed” only to hear and feel a terrible noise coming from the blower motor, so back to the dealership we go. Not only should this not have happened it could’ve been avoided had the service team even checked the AC before we picked up the vehicle, it was an obvious problem they should’ve caught. But that’s not it, a week later my girlfriend and I go to Costco but along the way we smell and see smoke coming from under the hood of the truck, so bad in fact that the smoke was coming into the cab of the truck, again back to the dealership, this was over two weeks ago and the truck is still in there possession, now we are told the turbo needs to be replaced as well as valve cover that was leaking onto the turbo/exhaust causing the smoking issue. No offer to give us a loaner vehicle or anything, just two weeks of no vehicle. To top it off they tell us we should be able to pick up the vehicle, then they take it on a road test and come back and tell us now that it’s leaking coolant! I find it very hard to believe that these issues just came up like this, valve covers don’t just spring a leak so bad that they drip oil so much into the exhaust that it smokes like the engine is on fire! Coolant hoses show signs of age and wear and tear long before they begin leaking. We have only had the truck two months and it’s been at the dealership half that time, we haven’t even put 1,000 miles on the truck. We bought a $5000 extended warranty on the truck and we’re told by the salesman that it would cover everything that could go wrong with the vehicle, but we are quickly finding that not to be true as they said the valve cover wasn’t covered! The fact that we have had to go through this, and continue to make payments on a vehicle we don’t even have in our possession is completely unacceptable, the dealership should’ve and could’ve offered us a loaner vehicle they could’ve offered to go through the vehicle and fix any potential problems to avoid us having to come back, but no they haven’t offered us anything but excuses, I can promise that based on this experience I WILL NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership, which is truly sad because I wanted to come buy a new jeep from them next year. But I’ll be taking my business to a dealership that treats their customers with honesty and respect. One that doesn’t put profit above customer service! More
