Big reason I’ve had three Acuras is because of this dealerships service department. Hands down best in town. Easy to work with and extremely helpful. Al G I took my 25 Acura in for service to have the moonroof fixed. They pulled it into the stall to fix it and when they pulled it out they damaged the rim when they hit the lift while backing the car moonroof fixed. They said we will refinish it, I said no way I want a new one. They put a new one on but they wanted me to pay for it I talked to the service director Brad Garrett who does not know how to talk to people and we had a few words he told me take your car and don't come back here again. I ask you is this any way to talk to a customer? I told him I won't. This man should be fired. The service advisor that I worked with Josh was very good but when you have one bad apple you have to get rid of it. I hope the owner reads this. More
