Frustrated and disappointed My experience with this dealership has been a real nightmare, we worked out 3K for my down payment divided in $2K upon car delivery and $1K 10 days la My experience with this dealership has been a real nightmare, we worked out 3K for my down payment divided in $2K upon car delivery and $1K 10 days later, they were all so friendly before I signed the deal, Ray the sales person called and texted me several times prior, upon reviewing the paperwork I noticed the “full term warranty “ was excluded and if I wanted it it was gonna be $49.00 more per month I came from LA so I felt like I had no other choice, 10 days later they tried to withdraw 2000 more instead of 1000 that was agreed, that empty my bank acct leaving me with $00 since Jan 23 been trying to talk to someone and they are not answering or returning my calls Ray te sales person answered me on Friday, I explained to him what was happening and assured me that someone was gonna call me back right away, and then dead silence, now is Sunday and not even Him is answering my calls, I guess I have to wait until tomorrow Monday to take my next step. More
I never felt so low. It might have been a misunderstanding on the price for both party, but Robert’s attitude was not professional at all. No games. And NO back and forth negotiations. Phil is very knowledgeable with his product and Mr. Barnes negotiated the best deal for me since I'm in the business myself. Easy car buying experience We went in just to "look" at an suv. My husband really wanted a luxury car with lots of bells and whistles. He thought he had his mind set on a different car at a different dealership. But, after spending time driving the 2019RDX and talking about it, he fell more and more in love with it. Our salesman, Chip, was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we went back and forth about our decision. At the end of the day we were thrilled to drive out with what I consider to be the best of both worlds. We get basically a luxury, sports, suv! More
