Marcus Duran, the salesperson I worked with at this dealership, was exceedingly disrespectful and dishonest. I would never do business with anyone at this dealership after the ordeal I've just experie dealership, was exceedingly disrespectful and dishonest. I would never do business with anyone at this dealership after the ordeal I've just experienced, but Marcus Duran especially is not trustworthy. We spent an hour negotiating on the all-in price for the car I wished to purchase, but we couldn't get to a number, so I left the dealership to keep looking. I txt'd Marcus the next day to give a last offer before I went with another car, and we eventually did get down to a deal over txt. It was Saturday evening but I agreed to come down to the dealership, only to learn that Marcus Duran had changed his figures to not include the down payment, so the final number he was offering was almost exactly what I'd rejected the day before. I can't imagine how he thought I'd really fall for this scam. He clearly showed 0 respect for my time. This dealership is all the way across town from me, so Marcus Duran wasted about 2.5 hours of my time on the Saturday night before Easter Sunday. They also dinged my credit report with a useless inquiry. All of this non-sense came to nothing other than a ton of frustration. I would never consider buying from CardinaleWay Acura, nor from Marcus Duran wherever you find him if I were you. Neither Marcus Duran nor this dealer can be counted on to deal in any kind of good faith. More

If I could rate them at zero stars I would have. The overall buying experience was okay. They were extremely unwilling to deal on the price in fact we were “charged” a “market adjustment fee” of 10% The overall buying experience was okay. They were extremely unwilling to deal on the price in fact we were “charged” a “market adjustment fee” of 10% of the MSRP which while given the current state of country and supply chain is understandable. Yes, we had every right to walk out, and the thought crossed my mind several times in the 2-3 hours that we were there. They played the typical games that all dealerships do when buying a vehicle. You must sit and wait for them to “consult” with the manager about things. The thing that made the buying experience horrible was the 6 weeks that we had wait to get the information to register our vehicle. Once we finally got the information, it was dated three days after our purchase, which means the paperwork sat on someone desk for 5-6 weeks. The other item was the financing. We were told we would have paperwork within roughly 10 days. After multiple phone calls and roughly 6 weeks to get a phone number for the lender, I found out talking to them (the lender) that paperwork was finalized on the day I was finally able to speak with someone in the finance department at the dealership. The lender mentioned that the loan was funded the following day (after our actual purchase date) however they needed some more information from the dealer before they could send paperwork to us. I was further mentioned that they made multiple requests to the dealer and only after 5-6 weeks did, they get the requested information. Also, they was no follow-up by the sales person that we worked with. As part of our deal, we got some accessories and they had to be ordered. It was about 1-2 weeks after the purchase that it showed so I went and picked it up. The salesman was there, and he had asked how we liked the vehicle, but that was almost 2 weeks after we purchased the vehicle. Overall, I expected a lot more from Acura as they are considered a premium brand over say their less expensive brand Honda. Maybe we would have gotten better service at Honda, however my wife loves the premium finishes that Acura offers over Honda. I would not recommend CardinaleWay Acura to anyone that is looking to buy an Acura or even a used car from them. More
