Very dismissive and rude lacks empathy full of con artist Purchase a Jeep 2015 Cherokee Jan 20th of this year. I was so excited to be purchasing a car on my own. My salesman’s name was Andrew. Today is 2/28 on 2/26 my door handle came off of my Jeep while someone attempted to open the door. Needless to say I never use this door it’s usually just me in my car. So I this door has only been used MAYBE 5x. Though no matter how often it was used there jab o excuse for a door handle to come off of a vehicle I purchased a little over a month ago. I went to the dealership upset obviously but I held my composure and explained my issue. Me and one of the employees went outside to look at the car and he came back in and told the manager Travis. Travis never made eye contact with me after he was notified of the issue, instead he was on his phone for a little while. He never said ANYTHING to me he was approached by the guy who went outside with me and one other employee. They advised him I wrote a review on their Facebook page. I said yes I sure did. Travis asked me my last name still not making eye contact. I told him and he proceeded to go to the back with 3-4 other guys. They were gone for maybe 5 minutes. Travis comes back out again still not making eye contact, puts my door handle on the counter and proceeded to have a conversation with another employee for about 3-4 minutes without even addressing me. This upset me a lot more. After he gets done speaking to the employee he looks over at me for the 1st time since I’ve been there and says “I’m out” I’m like ok what does that mean. He goes “you’ve had the car over a month we won’t be fixing that” no apology no let’s see what we can work out just no we won’t be doing anything. So I got very upset and vocalized my feeings and was told to leave. I said a few more choice words and left. Moral of the story this was the worse decision I could have ever made when it came to purchasing a car. Don’t be like me. Don’t go to car wise Peoria. More

I would never recommend this dealership to ANYONE after our difficult experience with them. After we contacted them to set up an appointment to view the specific vehicle, we were then called the evening b our difficult experience with them. Only to then be called 10 minutes later and told that it hadn't and that was a mistake - mind you, we had to drive 3 hours to this dealership and were afraid we would be driving there for nothing. Upon arrival, it was obvious we were given a new salesperson (or so we thought based on his lack of professionalism and knowledge of why we were there). We had to wait about 15 minutes for him to find the key to the vehicle for a test drive and another 10 minutes for him to get a temporary license plate for us to use. Mind you, he didn't even know where the vehicle was parked on the lot - we had to point it out. After test driving, we had to request time to discuss the vehicle without the salesperson hovering, and then there was limited negotiations after we told them we had a limited loan pre-approval. Finally we came to an agreement and started the paperwork with our loan company, only to be interrupted constantly by a finance officer to see if things were "okay" - which only delayed in us completing the process. We were told the car would be detailed prior to us driving it off the lot - it was not. Gas tank was also empty and not filled and there was a paint protection coat put on "ahead of time" that we did not agree to and they would not negotiate off the total price (nor was this protective coat add-on advertised on the car listing). Fast forward 3 months later and we receive a text from the dealership that they hadn't received their money from our loan company and if we couldn't produce payment for the vehicle they would repo it. We advised them to contact the loan company directly, as did we. Only to find out that our loan has expired with the loan company because the dealership hadn't sent their side of the paperwork back in on time. Turns out the dealership didn't send their portion of the paperwork back in to the loan company until a week PRIOR to contacting us (again, almost 3 months after we purchased the vehicle). This resulted in us having to submit another loan application (thankfully approved) and lots of stress and frustration on our end. We were advised by the loan company that many times dealerships will purposely do this so buyers are forced to finance through the dealership or lose the vehicle. This has been a headache and nightmare of a purchase and again we will tell everyone we know to NEVER buy a vehicle from this place. More
They promise one thing on the phone, then switch the story when you get there. Also, the website says they have 100 cars. They have nowhere near that many. This dealer has dealer addons for vin etchings ( what is that ) and wax job totaling over $1,000 neither of which was proven when asked for proof of services. cost to remove the white film there wax job lef that ) and wax job totaling over $1,000 neither of which was proven when asked for proof of services. cost to remove the white film there wax job left behind cost $185.00 to remove . I should have known when they said don't tell anyone about payments on the down payment that something was untrustworthy with this dealer. Solidified by charging debit card which was not approved for that charge when payments were being made in cash. More

I saw my truck on the website and do to the unforseen issues dealing with Cov19 it took about 3 to 4 weeks before our deal went through, however they held the truck and the wife and I drove from Kansas City, Missouri to the dealership to pick up the truck and then turned around and drove back home to Kansas City Mo. Donnie Hidden had our paperwork waiting for us when we got there the truck was in the last stages of getting cleaned and after our test drive we were back on the road in about 30 mins.
