These xxxx rats ran my credit score when I specifically asked them not to. And I didn't even buy a car from them. Not even as much as a test drive. Took a nice little hit on my credit score for that. The dealership website asks for your phone number to even look at their inventory. They then call you non stop twice a day. The first call they asked for check stubs and copies of my bank statements. They did the same thing to my brother, and the sales man asked where the money he was earning was, and how he was spending it. That's none of their business, and quite unprofessional. After three days of being called, I informed the woman on the phone that I was not going to go through them because they wanted to know how I spent my money. The same woman then proceeded to call me for two weeks and leave voice mails. More
I have to file for bankruptcy because this dealership sold me a vehicle 2018Ford escape SE told me it had 2 year bumper to bumper warranty liars they added on 2500$ to my loan without it even being talke sold me a vehicle 2018Ford escape SE told me it had 2 year bumper to bumper warranty liars they added on 2500$ to my loan without it even being talked about!The 2018 Escape is in a class action suite for total engine failure I fought with this people to fix it 3 month in of owning it they refused to do anything and the warranty they took out illegally also had two different excuses why they won't fix it!This dealership needs to be closed I'm not the only one they screwed over lots of stories!I worked hard to get my credit up and they single handedly destroyed it can cost me my job(no vehicle)I can lose my house my life is totally upside down because these people seem me coming! By the way they knew exactly what they sold me there is more to this story but I would run out of space and time!!!Please don't ever go there!!!!!! More

Very dismissive and rude lacks empathy full of con artist Purchase a Jeep 2015 Cherokee Jan 20th of this year. I was so excited to be purchasing a car on my own. My salesman’s name was Andrew. He was a n Purchase a Jeep 2015 Cherokee Jan 20th of this year. I was so excited to be purchasing a car on my own. My salesman’s name was Andrew. He was a nice guy. Today is 2/28 on 2/26 my door handle came off of my Jeep while someone attempted to open the door. Needless to say I never use this door it’s usually just me in my car. So I this door has only been used MAYBE 5x. Though no matter how often it was used there jab o excuse for a door handle to come off of a vehicle I purchased a little over a month ago. I went to the dealership upset obviously but I held my composure and explained my issue. Me and one of the employees went outside to look at the car and he came back in and told the manager Travis. Travis never made eye contact with me after he was notified of the issue, instead he was on his phone for a little while. He never said ANYTHING to me he was approached by the guy who went outside with me and one other employee. They advised him I wrote a review on their Facebook page. I said yes I sure did. Travis asked me my last name still not making eye contact. I told him and he proceeded to go to the back with 3-4 other guys. They were gone for maybe 5 minutes. Travis comes back out again still not making eye contact, puts my door handle on the counter and proceeded to have a conversation with another employee for about 3-4 minutes without even addressing me. This upset me a lot more. After he gets done speaking to the employee he looks over at me for the 1st time since I’ve been there and says “I’m out” I’m like ok what does that mean. He goes “you’ve had the car over a month we won’t be fixing that” no apology no let’s see what we can work out just no we won’t be doing anything. So I got very upset and vocalized my feeings and was told to leave. I said a few more choice words and left. Moral of the story this was the worse decision I could have ever made when it came to purchasing a car. Don’t be like me. Don’t go to car wise Peoria. More
