Never buy a car from here ! !!!! Almost brand new vehicle haven’t even had it for a year and it has been back to car vision 5 times already and they have yet to resolve any issue !!!! First they put the wrong battery in my vehicle, replaced it, engine light comes on, they don’t resolve that issue and now it is coming back for another battery issue. Don’t do it !!!! Get a used vehicle for a certified dealer. The GM JP is horrible! Do not ask for support or guidance in his behalf. He is not available or supportive of his staff and needs legal to do his job for him. More

AWFUL experience with this company. Do not buy your car from here. To start they mislead me (lied) about my cars warranty and what it entailed. Also told me they’d have the tank full, Do not buy your car from here. To start they mislead me (lied) about my cars warranty and what it entailed. Also told me they’d have the tank full, it was only 1 quarter filled. Then I realize 2 weeks after buying, the back window doesn’t go down. You would think they would fix it on their end because it’s within 30 days…but nope! Then I go to get the window looked at there and they charge me almost $200 for their “diagnosis” which I was told would be accepted at the Toyota dealership for service. Flash forward we bring it to Toyota they tell us 1) they don’t accept other people’s diagnosis’ and I had to pay a second diagnostic fee. 2) their diagnosis was also incorrect. You would think they would refund me! Nope again. Went to try to talk to someone, got shuffled around because there’s no one there that can actually resolve issues. The worst management I’ve ever seen. They tell us we can’t get a refund, but I can come get my oil changed or inspection done for free. Like I would trust them to do anything with my car at this point. I fr don’t know how this place is in business. Edit: they saw this review and worked hard to fix my issues and gave me a refund which I appreciate. More

Waited over a month to get the part for my car, then waited 2 days shy of a month to get my car back after supposedly having it repaired only to get it back an still have the same issue. Not to mention having me sit in the waiting from for 5 hours 2 separate times only to have to come back a different day. The staff is friendly I’ll give them that but as far as would i recommend them? Absolutely not More
